Very friendly and kind

All the staff amazingly helpful and customer-oriented. Top quality products and services. Never ceased to amaze me in the many years (more than 5) that I've been a loyal customer (Glasses and contact lenses).

I definitely recommend Lenshop Makedonia great variety of glasses and brands and most of all very helpful and experienced staff. They helped me get the right glasses very quick.

Scam - be aware!

i bought a sunglasses online - a pair that i already had. the delivery came quick but somthing seem a bit off... after creful review of the sunglasses i saw it although the packaging looks real the sunglasses was different then the original other pair i had.

i complained about it to the shop, they said they are sorry and offered to pick the sunglasses the next day. and refund me fully.

after few days i got an email saying that the package was damageds and they cannot fully refund me... get the absord - they arrange the pick up with their own curier and they blame me for a"damaged packaging as an ascuse not to refund me.

So after i told them that the packaging was theirs and its their curier who collected it - they said that i didn't sent the receipt so they cannot refund me at all. a receipt i didnt got at all because it was an online purchase.

Just stay away - this guys are a joke.

After about 2 weeks i got a phone call from the manager and he apologized and send me me a full refund.

So although the process itself was very uncomfortable and stressful they did had the decency to refund me at the end.

I visited Lenshop in Akadimias in my last visit to Athens. It was the only store I could find the largest selection of Maui Jim sunglasses available to try on. Actually their website allowed me to see in which of their stores each model I liked was available and bring it over to their Athens one. This was not the case with other retailers where models seemed to be available on their website but had to be ordered first.
Aside Maui Jim, I discovered also Serengeti sunglasses, a brand similar to Maui Jim's know-how but with a more edgy, Italian style for which I went for this time and I currently enjoy wearing.
What made the difference though, was the service. The personnel was friendly, patient and efficient. Eager to suggest different models, explain how flattering each style was on me, and ultimately help me make a call amid several good options. Many thanks!

I ordered a pair of Sunglasses on a Thursday evening and it was delivered from Greece to Switzerland the next Monday! Contact with the staff was very kind and efficient. Product was perfect. I even received a sweet handwritten note with my order. Perfect! I couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommended.

Great contact, good prices, convenient delivery (I live in Portugal and always order from Greece, Lenshop). Delivery is always in 100% perfect condition, well protected in a package. What else to expect?

Service was good, although I struggled a little to make payment through as everytime I made payment I experienced glitches. Sunglass looks very good online but is unfortunately too large for me and simply keeps sliding down my face, not usable, sadly.
