Ordered contact lenses on 26th March, still haven't arrived. They claim 5 - 10 days delivery timeframe with an ETA if this changes. On March 31st they messaged it would be another 5-10 days yet still got nothing and zero responses when I attempt to contact them. Best avoided if you want anything resembling customer service.

They sent the wrong prescription of my contact lenses. They asked me to send the lenses back and will send me the replacement. 1 Week later still not recived anything and customer service just playing dump game kept sending old tracking number.
I must do legal actions to get my money back.
Beware of this scam

I ordered prescription glasses on 24 January and am still waiting almost two months later. Customer service was terrible — mostly automated AI-style responses with no real support, while my requests for urgency, a refund, and notice that I was moving out of the city were ignored or responded with “thank you for your patience and understanding” everytime.
I’ve had daily headaches without my glasses and the Shop app still shows the order as shipping, yet they claim it was delivered .
Poor service and zero compassion and glasses I paid for.
Rather support local and family owned.

Ordered glasses they didn’t have and I’m still trying to get a refund three weeks later.

I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve bought contact lenses online for many years but never have I received an opened box with a contact lens missing. Shouldn’t have ordered with them.
They also sent it in a padded bag which meant the box looked tattered when it arrived. With other companies the contact lenses are sent in boxes to avoid damage to the box. Quite disappointed with trying this company out.

Lenses arrived in reasonable time with nice long best before dates. Claim was accepted by health fund.

Check-out process insinuates you can claim a private heatlh refund, you can't.

They list items that are in stock but aren't. Took four days to inform me.

Be careful with this store, can’t claim health fund or just minimum health fund rebate. Their website advertisement seem like they are health fund provider, however when do health fund claim, little or no health fund rebate, caused me 90% out of pocket money compare to other similar store(10% out of pocket) with same level of cover. In addition, don’t trust their 30days guarantee, because they will stop response your email when things happen.
