Lendwise loan application process is very slick and transparent. The customer support team is very responsive and easier to reach by email, chat or phone. Special thanks to Ms.Victoria who has been very responsive, attentive and careful when responding to emails with detailed and pertinent replies.

I am pursuing an MFin at University of Cambridge in 2022 and I have liaised with Lendwise to support my contribution towards the fees. From the beginning of my journey to obtain the finance, every aspect of the customer service has been flawless and efficient and I can honestly recommend Lendwise as a provider of graduate study finance.

The customer service is responding practically instantly and is able to respond promptly to even sophisticated questions regarding the finance or the application process.

The document review process swift and do not include anything that would seem unreasonable.

Finally, the company is trustworthy and charge funding rates that are in line with the market with supportive credit terms (repayment periods etc), and do so with adequate flexibility to accommodate timing of drawing down the funds.

Altogether there is really not a step in the journey that would appear cumbersome or unreasonable, and whenever needed, the support provided is great.

In a nutshell, first class experience, from a first class company!

The service was always very responsive. They were helpful in all my needs and their communication was clear and concise. The only issue I had is that I had to create a bank account from UK or a EU bank, but due to constraints from my country and the covid situation it kind of affected me, and I could not open a bank account, and I wouldn't know how it would work for the future. I would have chosen Lendwise for sure but mainly due to some paper I was waiting from a Colombian institution I was been affected.
