We acted on behalf of the borrower in relation to the refinance of four flats in Epping Forest with LendInvest BTL Ltd, and I wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the exceptional service we received throughout the transaction.

The offers were issued in early March, and as is often the case with multi-unit refinances, there were several complexities to navigate. These included the requirement to secure a charge over the freehold (necessitating a deed of priority with the current charge holder), as well as intercompany loans which required subordination. Despite these additional layers, LendInvest handled all aspects with impressive efficiency.

In particular, Ashley Carr, the case manager, was outstanding. She was extremely responsive, consistently turning around queries within a matter of hours. She ensured that matters requiring referral to underwriters were dealt with promptly and that key documents were executed swiftly in advance of completion, allowing funds to be drawn down within the required timeframe.

Having worked with LendInvest over several years, I have always found them to be strong, reliable and work well with both solicitors and borrowers. On this occasion, however, the level of service was particularly exceptional, and I felt it warranted taking the time to formally acknowledge this.

Great remortgage experience with Lendinvest and particularly Tom. It took me a few calls to get put through to someone but once I was through Tom assisted really well, got me onto a new 2yr fix and talked me through making an overpayment to balance the face they dont offer repayment as a method. All in all I have been impressed with the lendinvest service. We’ve had a B2L with them for 5 years now.
