I needed to move the date for my bank…

I needed to move the date for my bank account draft to my loan.
There was a man named Daniel who helped get this done. He was very polite and professional.

Nice people, always calling

Paid my loan way before it was due to be paid out. They kept calling me in the end even said my account was 29 days behind. My account wasn't due to be paid in full until Feb 2024. I paid the account out and told them not to call me anymore.
Always called for automated payments even though I kept refusing

Bad customer service

The first people I dealt with Daniel and Fred were great. Great job to them. The others were terrible. They either called way after they were supposed to or didn't call at all. The first girl i talked to had no clue of what was going on. Very poor customer service on their part.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease…

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and prompt response to my my loan. The staff was very helpful with directions on signing. It made for a very happy Birthday to our daughter.

I didn't appreciate being lied to

I didn't appreciate being lied to, the day you folks did my credit check, I was told that it would be a soft inquiry, Not A Hard Inquiry, again Thanks for liein to be, and also I don't deserve a High Interest Rate Neither. That's my feeling, to whom it may concern. Michael Lester.

Customer service was top notch

Customer service was top notch. Manual was on top of everything getting me taken care of quickly. Great job and I will be recommending y’all to friends
