The ordering process was easy, and the shoes were sent from Denmark to my home in Germany very fast. I am very pleased that Lems is now available in Europe. I ordered the barefoot model, the Primal Zen, in the color Asphalt, size 40.5. I had previously tried 40 but found them too small. I went half a size up, and this is much better. The back of the shoe was a little stiff at first. Also, I seem to have high-volume feet, so the tongue of the shoe is a bit snug. Still, they are great shoes, and I hope that these minor initial issues will resolve over time.

The new Trail Thrashers are amazing! I honestly never had a sneaker that felt so... durable? Tough? Well-made? Pick one.

Also, I ordered to pairs, for sizing, and the return process went flawless. Had a question, which was answered by thei Danish warehouse in a matter of hours (by email). 10/10 would recommend!

For the first time in years I can ride my bike to my workplace during winter and my feet stay cozy and warm. Chelsea tuff boots for the win! Just bought a new pair of Boulder Summit Waterproof.
I think they could be cheaper and that the website could be improved a bit with categories like shoe width or the possibility to filter by width and size.

I recently ordered the Men's Boulder Summit Waterproof - Rugged Bark and had a very positive experience. The shoes arrived quickly, well within the estimated 2–7 business day delivery window. They look great, feel well made, and are true to size. I haven't tested them on long walks yet, but after wearing them around the house, they seem very comfortable and warm, with excellent ankle support. Overall, I'm very happy with both the product and the delivery service.

Lems are easily the best barefoot / toebox style shoes, ever. They are stylish, well made, robust and above all else, have excellent, grippy and strong soles. Something most other barefoot shoe manufacturers get badly wrong. They are outstanding and game changing, in terms of comfort and performance. They may well be the only shows we ever buy going forward, they are that good.

Top shoes. Only good words. I was looking for lightweight, wider toe box summer shoes and now I see that I made a right decision ordering Lems shoes. The shoes are beautiful, good color, comfortable-among the best on the market.

So far I'm very pleased with the shoes and boots - went crazy and got a pair of Primal Zen, Trail Blazer and Summit Pro. Buying experience have been great.

I normally don't like sandals for all day wear, but my Lem's switchbacks are awesome! They're comfortable and secure! Perfect for summer excursions!

Lemsshoes is a great brand with very high Quality shoes and high standard in service. Whenever I had questions the service on the phone was very friendly and helpful, solutions were found easily. Also the exchange of shoes e.g. for finding the right size were easily made. I am a total fan of Lemsshoes and have 8 different shoes of them, boots for the winter, summer sandals, hiking shoes, one light pair for the gym and shoes for everyday use in leather (primal zen). I love them for their wide toebox and flat soles as much as the soft soles (padding) which I need for problems with my forefeet. They are even perfect for replacing the insoles e.g. for medical insoles. I am very content because I love walking and am able to run/jogg again, either, thanks to Lemsshoes!

Bought a pair of boulder boots. The quality is high and also the attention to the details is really good

I bought a few pairs of boots expecting to return the ones that didn’t fit. The return process was smooth and easy.

Great shoes, soft and comfortable and yet strong for riding on a bike with. Finally a good bike shoe with a wide toey box. They run a bit big for me. But they hold my foot without problems even if I have more space in the front.

Always needed bigger/wider shoes and Lems provides that with good quality and really nice to wear shoes. I bought 4 different types and all were great and the extra wide shoes are even more comfy.

Honestly Lems are the best shoes by feeling and quality since a few years ago I switched to barefeet only,. And the customer service is very good as well. The only thing is the too frequent opinion poll emails, which obviously contribute to the above :)

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service provided by Lemsshoes.eu.

I purchased a pair of Lems shoes for approximately €170 in November 2025. After only around six months of normal use, the left shoe developed a hole in the upper fabric and the front stitching started to come apart. The right shoe, which has been used exactly the same way, remains in good condition.

When I contacted customer support, they immediately claimed that something had caught on the fabric and that the damage was not a manufacturing defect. However, they never explained how this would also cause the stitching at the front of the shoe to fail. My concerns were simply dismissed.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of goodwill. Even if they believed the damage was not covered by warranty, they offered no repair contribution, no discount, and no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. Their only suggestion was that I should pay a local shoe repair shop to fix the shoes myself.

For a brand that markets itself as premium barefoot and outdoor footwear, and for shoes costing €170, I expected far better durability and much better customer support.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lemsshoes.eu and will think twice before purchasing from them again.

Lems shoes are great! My first pair, the Chelsea tuff boots, carried me through the winter season without having cold or wet feet. My second pair, the Laguna....I don`t want to pull them off my feet. My boyfriend got the trail blazer and love it. We really never walk in better shoes! Very good quality and build for a long life! Also the service (and delivery) is commendable!
