Order Never Arrived – No Response from Company

I ordered 2 x 13-inch drum cymbals from lemoncymbals.co.uk on 1st December 2024 and have yet to receive anything. I paid a significant amount of money for these cymbals and expected at least some level of customer service.

Since placing the order, I’ve tried contacting Lemon Cymbals multiple times via email and their listed phone number, but I haven’t received a single response. It’s now been months, and I have no idea where my order is—or if I’ll ever receive it.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I’m left feeling completely ignored and out of pocket. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I've made several purchases recently and the items I wanted were always in stock
The prices are fair and competitive
Free shipping and arrived within 2 days which is awesome
They are good quality and sound fantastic
Luv em !!!

Delivered on time and am very pleased with the product's performance.

I've had the 3 ply drum heads on now for 2 weeks they are great sounding and believe it or not they are quieter than my 2 ply heads. But I had to take the snare head off to fix a connection and noticed that the head was very stretched and wrinkly which i thought was unusual as I bought them because the reviews are good but when I put the head back on the screws went right down to the last thread to get them tensioned which was the whole point of getting new ones. When I first put them on I used 2 and a half turns but I noticed they kept loosing tension and had to keep retentioning them so I was no better off than with the old 2 ply heads exept they play better. I thought 3 ply was less stretchy and more hard wearing?🤔

Very bad customer support. They respond rudely and don't answer even very simple questions.

I had managed to crack my roland cymbals, resulting in the choke problem. I tried the cutting them open and cleaning the contacts and gluing the cracks, but that was only ever going to be a temporary solution. Roland cymbals are waaay too expensive for what they are, so I took a look at the lemon ones and ordered a pair of crashes from edrummer.co.uk There was a little problem with their supplier but edrummer emailed me with the details and gave me some options. I opted for the next cymbal size up, and the order was processed and delivered quickly, with the delivery being easily trackable. The parcel arrived neatly and securely wrapped, and the lemon cymbals work a treat with my TD-25.

Thanks edrummer.co.uk and Lemon cymbals!

Simple to order cymbals arrived quickly and well protected the 3 I got look and sound fantastic very well pleased with everything from start to finish except this isn't the finish I will definitely be ordering more gear soon and will be highly recommending Lemon to fellow drummers

Great guys at Lemon were very helpful with my order. Fast delivery would highly recommend

Great little cymbal, I use it as a splas and crash. Effectively emulating size I used to have when owning an acoustic kit. VG price, robust and works seamless with Roland kit👍

Great service and really happy with the product.

Great price. Delivered quickly. Looks robust. Gigged once and it took a beating and worked as expected.
Can't really give anymore feedback yet. Got it to replace roland Td27kv cymbal that I've had for 4 years. Gigged with it extensively and it never let me down. If it lasts as long as the roland cymbal I'll be a very Happy drummer.

Great correspondence and extremely helpful

I've had nothing but good experiences with Lemon cymbals (I have 3 crashes, 2 splashes and a china) so I thought I'd try the three ply mesh heads on the website.
I cannot (yet!) speak for longevity, but the 3-ply mesh head appears well made, tensioned easily and performs great so far. The positional sensing on my digital snare is at least as good as the one I took off.
I wasn't initially liking the lack of a logo, but I think the clean look may grow on me.
Great value for money.

Company are impossible to get in contact with, ordered 5 days ago and paid for ‘48 hour recorded delivery’ as needed urgently, my order is still sat in ‘processing’ status on their website. Have tried every possible avenue of contact, email through the website, email, mobile contact number on their site via phone call, message and WhatsApp, and finally the landline number on their trust pilot page no answer or response from any of them. Was going to replace my entire setup with Lemon cymbal pads as have heard good things but I’ll probably end up paying the extra to go elsewhere now.

Edit: And now as I can see you’re lying about not receiving emails from me in your response (I sent one via your question section on your websites regarding compatibility - no response and one using your email address regarding my order - no response. Note how I started my response email with “funny you reply after I leave a bad review”, INSTANT RESPONSE) I will make sure my colleagues also know not to purchase from here.

Fast delivery. Well packaged. Great product for the price.

They delivered and worked great with my Roland TD25 module.

Great product the best value for money product on the market in my opinion this is my third purchase in a short space of time because I'm that happy with the item and service always arrives in the 48 hour window when chosen as an optional extra very happy customer
