Even well-known authentication companies in Korea were unable to authenticate my vintage Chanel item because they did not have enough reference data on vintage Chanel holograms. They believed the hardware appeared to be authentic, but they could not verify the hologram due to the lack of available data.
This company, however, provided a detailed and well-supported explanation of why the hologram is authentic. Their response was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly fast. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.

AirPods Max is simply misrepresented, they say it would be fake with UK label and the other original would be all to blind people violently!

Bought a luxury watch from a seller that provided a Legit Check certificate.
Found a quality issue after receiving the watch and started digging deeper - after a weekend of investigation, I found the Chinese manufacturer of this Superclone. With pictures from his web site, my model at hand and looking at guaranteed originals, I was able to identify approximately a dozen of very subtle, but noticeable "red flags" - if you know what you are looking for.
To be fair, this is an excellent clone that even uses the original movement, but it still fails in some details.

Bottom line: the "authentic" item is fake, Legit Check failed to catch it since the differences are not too obvious, but definitely there.

Authenticated a fake north face as genuine . Sent a message on the check and heard nothing back . Save your time and money.

They say their authentication service takes 30min - 48h. This is not true, they will go over 48h and not give you any warning / indication of how long the authentication will actually take.
Given that time is a huge factor in choosing und using an authentication service because you often have deadlines for returns or are in competition to buy, this is really poor service and should be something you can rely on. I missed my deadline for returning an item I am pretty sure is fake and they have not responded to my questions about the status of the authentication or missing the 48h deadline.

Purchased authentication service said item was authenticate found out item was actually a fake charged me $80 for service and certificate won’t refund me my money I lost $900+ because of them there service is bogus and fake. This has happened twice to me another time the item was actually real and they said was a fake cost me $500 !

If I could have given a 0 I would. I recently purchased a pair of Travis Scott trainers from Kick Game. They are not authentic. I used this company hoping to get an extra person to back my thoughts and give it to my bank for backative. The trainers are 2 different colours, the Nike tick isn’t even the same material, there is glue around the trainers, Laces are different colours and the inner soles pull straight out. If I could upload the pictures to show you’s I would. If you are questioning the authenticity of any items, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am 1000% sure at least one of the trainers is fake. This company will verify a fake item!

I decided to test Legit Check By Ch. by sending them a Yeezy x GAP hoodie that I already knew was fake. I wanted to see if they could spot clear signs of inauthenticity.

Right from the start, it was obvious the hoodie was a counterfeit – the washing tag had nonsensical and poorly written English phrases, including blatant typos like “Amstrodam” instead of Amsterdam, and missing or misplaced words. Yet, after their so-called “expert” review, the website told me the product was legit.

They charged me for “authentication” and delivered a completely unreliable result. They ignored clear evidence that any experienced reseller or collector could identify in seconds. Their arguments about “the correct tag material” or “negative space in the letters” mean nothing when the text itself is full of mistakes no authentic product would ever have.

This service presents itself as professional authentication, but in my case, it failed miserably. If they’re fine with calling an obvious fake authentic, I can’t trust them with any other product.
My experience is wasted money and a false sense of security. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

My recent experience with Legit Check was very good as they were able to communicate to me, as well as provide me with extra assurance that my item was authentic. I recently purchased a MM6 tote bag (something not too common in the market) and they got back to me and said that it was authentic, providing a list of detailed reasons for why it is real and that it does not seem to be written by AI, but someone/ a team who genuinely took the time and inspected the item. I then messaged them back regarding the bag as I wanted to confirm more about the item. They then got back to me with more comprehensive responses that detail why it is authentic. Was very happy with their service even after already getting an initial response from them, as they took the time to respond back to me and reassure my item’s authenticity with me afterward.
