Amazingly made tower! Really, great design, great wood and made!

Something went wrong with my payment. I contacted PayPal, who forwarded me to iDeal, who didn't respond at all.
Meanwhile, I went ahead and made a new order, in which I told the company about my missing money.
I got an instant reply, and the issue was promptly resolved.
I am very satisfied with both their products (we got the learning tower), and their service.

Support doesn't react at all.. several inquiries, not a single response till today.

Leg&go hieß vorher Petit Seal und ist absolut Fake! Unsere Ware wurde niemals geliefert und wenn ich meine Bestellung einsehen möchte werde ich nicht mehr zu Petit Seal weitergeleitet sondern zu leg&go. Wir haben fast 100€ in den Sand gesetzt.
Kontaktaufnahmen blieben unbeantwortet. Wir hatten ein Kletterdreieck mit Rutsche bestellt. VORSICHT BEI DIESEM ANBIETER!

Leg&Go makes high quality ergonomic products. I purchased the basic bike, which is light, comfortable, durable and easy to adjust to my kids' needs. They love it and balance practicing comes naturally (as opposed to the more heavy steel bikes I previously purchased for them). When mounting pedals, I relied on customer support to assist with a minor issue. This was a very swift and personal process, excellent service from Silva and the team. Leg&Go is a reliable manufacturer that shows great care for its products and customers. You absolutely get what you pay for; I can highly recommend.

Great bike - it is light and smooth yet sturdy. Feels safer than the metalic frame - lighter and smoother during falls for small children. What I also find very important is ergonomics, natural suspension, and bigger front wheel - safe for spine and correct posture on the bike. Absolutely worth the investment. Much recommended!

Wir haben das Kletterdreieck samt Rutsche bestellt. Zum einen kam es nicht in den Farben wie abgebildet (Regenbogen! sollte es werden) und zum anderen war nach dem Zusammenbau die obere Stange locker. Sie ließ sich nicht fest schrauben. Es wurde alles nach Anleitung zusammen gebaut. Wir haben Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer aufgenommen und diesen Mangel mitgeteilt. Die Schrauben sind alle gleich lang. Da aber die oberen drei Stangen erst durch die Schenkel und das Verbindungsdreieck müssen kann sie gar nicht soweit ins Gewinde und daher nicht greifen. Die Firma hat dies leider nicht verstanden. Haben angeboten ein Video zu schicken was befürwortet wurde. Leider kam es zu keiner Einigung da ich nicht bereit war den vollen Preis von über 200€ zu zahlen für einen defekten Artikel. Rückversand würde nur gehen wenn ich die Versandkosten selber trage. Die Korrespondenz hierzu dauerte über zwei Wochen. Zwischendurch wurde gelogen, sie hätten fünf Tage auf das Video gewartet und zum Schluss wurde uns unterstellt wir hätten es falsch zusammen gebaut. Kann nur von der Firma abraten. Sind jetzt mit PayPal in Klärung damit wir unser Geld zurück bekommen und den Artikel zurück senden können.

The bike is easily transformable over the years – it allows to skip a purchase every other year and the “same old bike” provides a smooth adaptation for the rider.
Due to its design the ride is safe and comfortable, as it has a natural suspension to safeguard the spine.

The leg&go balance bike was the perfect purchase for my kid. She was a bit hesitant at first, but soon got comfortable playing with the bike, and then quickly learned to ride. Transitioning to the pedal bike was even easier. Once we noticed that our daughter seemed confident on the balance bike we added the pedal add-ons and she didn't have to learn for long at all. We really only had to explain what the pedals were for and she got it right away. Much smoother transition than with our older son, who had to get used to 3 different bikes before we found the right one. Highly recommended for all my friends with kids. Plus the bike is a pretty wood, looks great on trips!

the bike is really great and very well made. Due to the light weight it is not too heavy for children either when driving or when picking up after a fall. With the matching materials as well as the simple assembly and the ecological aspect, a really very nice bike for children.
