It took forever to get here (3 weeks) so I couldn't wear it for the 4th of July.. Also I wish I had ordered a different size. The fabric was not as nice as I hoped. I would like to return it. How do I do that?

Id give a 0 if there were that option. The clothes come from China directly. Takes a really long time. The fabric is not a T-shirt as advertised. It's some polyester type fabric. The sizes are WAY off. I got an XL which is my normal size and I could barely get it on. My mom wears a medium and I bought her a large to be "roomy" the large didn't even fit her. I gave her my XL. I asked to exchange or refund, and they said it would be too expensive to send it back to China . What i wanted to return was $49 and they said how about if we give you $6? We went back and forth and decided on $15. They said it would be credited in 3-5 days. After about 10 days I asked where my refund was. They said their computer didn't want to accept crediting the order and they were still working on it. It's now been almost a month and still haven't received anything. This place is misleading as an American company but is Chinese and a scam I've just had to write it off as a learning experience to not order from random places on the internet. Should have stuck to my normal Old Navy 4th of July shirt. 🤬

The quality and design of the T-Shirt is 5 stars. However, had I known the shirt was coming from a country outside the USA, I would not have ordered it. It got here July 13th and I ordered it a week before Independence Day and couldn’t wear it for the holiday.

The shipping took so long. I paid for air shipping, and it still took 6-7 weeks missed the 4th of July to wear them.

Dislike how long it took to get my product. I chose air delivery for a reason.

T-shirt good but it took just shy of 30 days to receive. Initial ad led me to believe it was a USA product but it in fact shipped from Ireland.
Naturally hoped it would arrive by July 4th but that date missed by 10 days. Made of a high nylon content although materials are not listed on the shirt itself.

Item took about a month to arrive. Shipped from Spain. Ordered it on 6/18 for July 4. Received July 13. Polo 250th anniversary. Quality was poor and was not made in the US.

I love the tops! When ordering it said would be delivered by the 4th of July but it was 9 days after that. Also, I tried to see where it was shipping from everything I looked at said the US, but after I ordered it and they sent me a tracking number it was from Iceland Spain. I wish you could find that out more clearly to order sooner, but now I can’t wear them for the Fourth of July because it’s too late

In the photos the shirt looks hand stitched and it was not. I still like the shirt though. Also it took almost a month to receive it, which seemed like a long time, i wish it had given me an estimated arrival date.

I placed my order on June 6, hoping to get for the 4th of July. Today is July 12 and I still don't have. Their website makes it sound like they are from the USA but they are shipping from abroad. I tried to dispute through paypal as the amount on my invoice is less than what they actually charged. Also, the shipping status thery sent me is totslly diffrent from what they sent paypal. I have no idea if I will ever receive

Good design imprint, too small. How do I return?

Honestly, it was a crazy long wait. I thought it was coming from the USA.
It finally arrived….I ordered bigger than usual-3XL, to ensure that it would be loose and over-sized

I ordered this shirt expecting it to arrive in time for July 4. After all- the whole point was to proudly wear on Independence 250 Day! Once I paid I noticed the company was in ITALY. That should have been disclosed up front. The shirt itself is fine. Quality of materials- fine. But the extra weeks for customs and shipping ?? I would not have ordered this shirt from this store had I known. It came over a week past July 4 😔

This company is misleading on the descriptof the product, the delivery took three weeks, it came straight from China, the shirt that I ordered looked like it was embroidered and it wasn't. The only positive thing was that I email the company asking where is my order and they replied right away. But didn't answered my question. My interaction with customer service was by email and they couldn't resolved my issues since the item was in transit. I was expecting the delivery before the 4th of July and arrived the 10th. At the end I'll keep the product because I don't want to deal with them any more. But never again will order from them.

I ordered a shirt that was never delivered to me. They refused to refund me. I went through several rounds of customer service but because the address was indeed correct, they refused to refund me, despite the fact that I never actually received the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was disappointed that the shirt did not arrive in time to wear on the birth of the USA ...to celebrate the 250th year....

The shirt came in go condition and kept me informed on where and when it would arrive.
