The products were shipped very guickly and the quality of the shelves we purchased were perfect. The barn shelves we picked were perfect for our new counter in our family room that has a shiplap wall above the cabinets. They are exactly as stated with some nail and screw holes, knots, etc. we like the natural look and feel they provide. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for heavy duty shelving.

I had a special order request from Urban Legacy last week. I reached out 1 time and got an immediate response. I was expecting a1or 2 week waiting period. Unbeknownst to me the product had already shipped. I waited 2 days and reached out for an update. Again I got an immediate answer that the product should be being delivered.
