LED Outfitters Arvostelua 

Ordered the Under Cover Vizor UZ60 Light for my vehicle. When I received the light I immediately noticed that the wiring was backwards. The long cord was supposed to come from the passenger side to go to the cigarette lighter. The long wire was coming from the driver side light but on the passenger side.

In addition, the light did not fit my car, so because it said they had an "Excellent Return Policy" I spent $14 to ship the item back explaining the issues.

After 3 weeks they returned my money back to my credit card minus $29.95. When I reached out Customer Service via Chat they said there was a 35% Restocking Fee. I told them that no where on their website did I find anything about a Restocking Fee, so they sent me to a link to their Frequently Asked Question section of their website.

I told the Customer Service person that this is extremly deceiptive since they claim and "Excellent Return Policy" and only disclose the Restocking Fee on their FAQ section...buried.
Since my exchange, it appears the FAQ section is being edited.
Should have read the reviews first. Do not buy from these guys!!

Wouldn’t recommend these guys! I was shopping online and saw a light bar that looked like it would go with my vehicle. I immediately called their customer service and asked several questions prior to purchasing the light bar. One specific question that I had was what is your warranty and how long is it for? Their Customer Support clearly and plainly told me two years. Unfortunately, a year and a half later most of my lights on the light bar are not working. When I contacted this company for tech-support and warranty assistance, I was told because the item was on sale, that the Warranty went from two years to one year. This policy is extremely disturbing, especially when you asked the specific question and I was two years! At the end of the day, I’ll never purchase another item from them and I also wouldn’t recommend them. I’ll purchase another light bar not from them!

They are great upfront with the sales but horrible with customer service. I have bought a lot of lights through them and now that there is a light memory problem I can't get a reply back. I have sent in emails as requested with photos and still waiting on a response. I will not buy anything else from them if this is how they do business.

I forgot to use the free shipping code. I contacted them after and they applied the free shipping code for me. Great customer service. I'm looking forward to installing and using the products I ordered from them. A great start so far as helping their customer.

I have been a customer for over five years now. I have been satisfied with all the LED Outfitters. No matter what time of day when I’m responding as a Firefighter/EMT they work effectively while driving and on scene.

We have purchase multiple (5-6) emergency vehicle lights from $200-700 ea, we have one that is less than 3 months old, contacted LED Outfitters, who said it was under warranty. Their fix was to send us a bundle of wiring, expecting us to totally rewire this $700 strobe light, with no instructions... I'm not an electronics major, nor do I feel me rebuilding their light is considered a warranty!!!

Not worth $700 There lights bars are junk don't last long my light bar last 24 hours from installation and fell apart and they don't want to help you make it right soon as I complain the canal my order and not refund me if I can I would give them a negative -5 stars worth place ever

Please read the reviews before buying anything from this company. There products are garbage and there customer service is even worse.

Expensive lightbar that didn't last even a year. Support is nearly nonexistent. You can't speak to anyone, you can only email. Then they will send you parts to take apart your lightbar and fix it yourself. They have no problem talking to you to sell it, but after that you're on your own. 800$ lightbar is now in the trash, after about 7 months and only used about half a dozen times.

I have bought several flashing lights and no real problems at all..magnet mounts hold very well & lights are extremely bright. Only thing they say they're shipping today or tomorrow when they're not even manufactured yet I learned, sometimes it takes 4 to 6 weeks before you even get the lights you ordered. They do lie about shipping times. However like I said lights are very very bright seem to be well built!!

Great Light. Hardware supplied doesn't fit. Called and told that I have to work placing the bolts on because the track is tight. Guess what? There is no way no how that the hardware supplied is going to allow me to install the supplied suction cups. Guess what...I bought another light from Amazon for a third of the price. Installed with little effort and plenty of suction cups to keep it in place.

I would give zero stars. Zero support. I spent 500 on a light bar that doesn’t work and they treat me like crap.

Spend your dollars with a different company.

After many phone calls and emails, they won. They change their story around every corner, and finally wore us down to the point we gave up. Shop elsewhere.

I purchased a bitchen light bar from this company and was so pleased with the item that I decided to purchase a second even better different style and with max 5watts and was even more pleased. I know that both light bars will be work exactly as they are built to when needed. Customer service and instant chat are GREAT and when I made my first order I had to call customer service and they answered promptly with the answer that helped. I DON'T ALWAYS BELIEVE POSTED NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND I'M HAPPY WITH LED OUTFITTERS, TRY LED OUTFITTERS YOURSELF AND YOU'LL BE SATISFIED. I SURE THE HELL AM 100 PERCENT SATISFIED WITH LED OUTFITTERS.

Cheap lights that fail shortly after install and too much of a run around to return once you finally prove to them they failed.

I ordered a lightbar and 16 lights for a fire engine 3 weeks ago, hadn't heard anything back after purchasing with a purchase order. After 5 attempts to get someone on phone, was told the light bar I ordered was not available and that the Fenix lights that I ordered could not be purchased with a p.o. they at least could have emailed me instead of wasting my time

Ordering was simple and straightforward, checkout was fast and efficient.

Do not buy from these crooks, sent me a light bar without any wiring diagram! When I called the turds had the gall to tell me the 14 day return would be minus 35% restocking fee. That is a ripoff! I’ll let my credit card company deal with these a-holes!

This company is a rip off lied to me and also send me a damaged light bar and has the nerve to chage a restocking fee for a broken item stay day away there's plenty other good company's out there trust me

Wow, I submitted an order and I had entered the incorrect billing address. It declined the order, I input the correct billing address and it was approved. It’s great, in this day and age when fraud is huge, that you are really looking out for the customer. I really look forward to purchasing more products from LED Outfitters, thanks, Stay Safe+
