Received on 20.11 gorin bros new shoes, used 5 times, broken since 10days. I have send multiple e-mail to the team : no answers…. Never again !

100% fake cloud trainers. Marketed that they were 100% genuine. The are so not. Do not buy

Received 2 pairs of on running trainers, however one pair was incorrect. Contacted them and they said they would sort out sending a replacement after I sent over many photos. Radio silence for weeks, I have since contacted twice and my emails are no undeliverable.
Shocking service, and to make it worth I believe the trainers to be fakes.

Ordered mens US 11 Cloud 6 shoes off of an ad on IG. Took over 5 weeks to finally get it. I was suspicious from the start with Clouds being sent from China. When my delivery was finally made, they intentionally changed my Delivery Confirmation size to 9.5 (exactly what was delivered). When I emailed them about the mistake, they said they would send the correct size and to donate the others. Radio silent for over 4 weeks. Website says "opening soon for Black Friday". I had to file a dispute with PayPal. Run, don't walk from this outfit. They are a scam. I'm out of $106.

It’s a scam, taken my money with no further emails or order confirmations. No responses to website Enquiry and now website is “being fixed”. Zero response from my original Enquiry.

Bought Ugg mules 24 Oct , 5-7 working day delivery. Not received and not replying to several emails, will be contacting my bank for charge back.

Bought some On trainers, they arrived. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I was offered a discount to keep them, but since accepting this instead of a refund I have heard nothing

These are counterfeit products from China. Avoid them! Received items which were fake to even the most untrained eye!

The shipping took more time than I expected. I got a bit concerned and I wrote them and got an almost immediate response with the tracking number. Bottom line, I received my sneakers just as I ordered.

I ordered a pair of trainers and some other items from this website and received fake shoes instead of genuine products. I’ve tried contacting their support multiple times via email, but no one responds.
Avoid this website — it’s a scam, and they don’t care about their customers!

I ordered on 23rd October and was sent tracking details that said ‘on the way, waiting for details’. The delivery estimate on my invoice was 5-7 days. The tracking hasn’t updated since the day I ordered and I’ve emailed the company numerous times with no response. Now the website is down. Guessing I’ve been scammed. Anyone else? Update- 2 out of 3 items have now arrived and apart from them smelling of petrol ( guessing they’ve been sprayed), they do look like uggs! Will await the final package and be back to review

I completed payment but never received my order. I tried contacting their customer service several times and didn’t receive any response.

I ordered a pair of On Clouds. Originally everything was fine. My ordered was out for delivery. Unfortunately, Evri, the courier, lost my parcel. Evri then told me they have a process in places with retailers and I should get in touch with them to see what my options are and the retailer would then talk to Evri on my behalf. I've sent 4 emails to le Cote and also filled in their online contact form 3 times. I've heard nothing, no reply whatsoever. Absolute silence. I'm looking to report this to trading standards etc.

I have just been recently scammed by this company i ordered trainers that never arrived and they no longer respond to my emails i have had to open a dispute with my bank to help me recover my money please all avoid at all costs even the website is down now it is not running as it should and tbf i blame meta for this also as dont know why they let scammers run their ads on their platform which then consumers like us get scammed.

Don’t buy anything from this company received trainer and they were fake , returned them struggle to get a refund.
Warning don’t buy anything from this company ,l’ll remove this when you refund me for my return.

I ordered some On Cloud trainers from Le Cote Club at virtually half price. At the time, the reviews on Trustpilot all seemed positive. Then, a week later I looked again (as my order hadn't arrived) and saw some 'don't buy - it's a scam' comments. Obviously, I was concerned - I thought I'd stupidly fallen for the 'if it looks too good to be true, it usually is' scenario.
However, I am happy to report that a few days later - my trainers arrived - and they are clearly 100% genuine (I have another pair to compare them against - and everything is absolutely identical - packaging, extra's (On Cloud supply a spare pare of laces in the box) etc.
So I can only conclude that in my personal experience - this seller is authentic. Delivery is slow, that's the only aspect to bear in mind. Otherwise, all good from what I can see!
