I've bought about 6 bags from TLSC now, all exactly as ordered. Recently Keith monogrammed 2 travel gift sets I'd bought from them a couple of months ago. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and I also love that everything is hand made in Liverpool.

The leather bags I received were of exceptional quality, with beautiful craftsmanship and no single scratch on any of the items, making them perfect for everyday use.

I cannot fault The Leather Satchel Co. I have purchased my second bag and I am over the moon with it. The delivery time was accurate and I was given updates along the way. They even popped in a beautiful gift with the order!
Having so much choice on the design makes it so personal to you. You can order swatches for a low price which can then be offset against the bag cost. You can choose between silver or gold hardware and any pockets you want adding. I’ve also loved the option to monogram the bags and have done this on both bags. I really appreciate that the bags do not have brash logos across them and have an elegance that you won’t find anywhere else.
Finally, the customer service has been excellent both times, especially when I needed to change the bag strap length!

I now have several bags from the leather satchel company and I love them all! I have also gifted them. Two bags I have ordered have been bespoke. The help and service has always been great. For my latest purchase, I bought a bespoke mini tote. I found it difficult to choose my colours but Shaun helped me by responding to questions and sending mock up pictures. I now have my perfect bag and the quality is outstanding as always. Once ordered, I was updated about delivery and it arrived beautifully packaged soon affer with a little surprise gift of a lovely tassel keyring too - thank you!

Contact and communication with the LSC’ was First Class. Shaun was exceptional dealing with the repair to my satchel. Nothing was a problem. The repair was dealt with professionally and a speedy service.
My beautiful satchel was returned to me promptly, the repair itself was faultless. Shaun also had a new strap fitted for me, which is now the perfect length. A little surprise was in my parcel with my satchel beautifully wrapped, a triangle shape leather purse so pretty and such a lovely gesture.

I highly recommend the Leather Satchel Company. I love my new bag, it will be my constant companion. Apart from being absolutely beautiful and practical, I suspect it has supernatural powers. It's already faced down the usually sneery receptionist at the bank. I got it sent to France which, these days, is usually a big hassle, but Shaun was brilliant and organised everything really quickly and without fuss.

What can I say 1st class customer service from the start to the end. High end doesn’t do it justice it’s flawless the stitching the fresh leather the packaging all of it. It’s a top end product and will be buying again.

The Leather Satchel Company is amazing! High quality leather products made in the UK. They have many styles and leathers, and will customize many bags (add a handle, make the bag a little deeper, make straps removable, etc). I met the owner and some of the staff and they were incredibly helpful and friendly in person and over email when working out the details of my order. I've recommended this company to family and friends, and will also be placing more orders for myself in the future.

I love this British company. The bag they made for me is beautiful and worth every penny, both for craftsmanship and the quality of the leather. I own bags from other well known satchel companies but there's no comparison in quality. I will be returning for Christmas presents as it just feels like a bit of luxury at a very good price. Plus, they made and delivered it really quickly.
