This is a joke. Order placed a month ago. The product has been stuck in shipping since Sept 16. Product not received. Contacted customer service. They can't answer any questions. the only response you get is will report this to the support staff. How hard is it to refund my money. A month and no product. They were checking five days ago with shipping. No response. This is pathetic. I want a refund. They were quick to take my money, now wait and see.

Typically buying products on line in the middle of the night ! didn’t research reviews till after i purchased - thankfully they do PayPal so I cancelled straight away ! sounds like a real fakie ! and was then motivated to install Trust Pilot .😁

Not only the product is bad, they said that because I got a discount, I agreed to a "revie" subscription for which they continued to charge my paypal account $20.38 every month. Yeah, a service that I have no knowledge of.

It is not about the product, it is about fraudulent practices

Ordered leather treatment in good faith and got a bill from customs via an post and paid it into post office and a little envelope arrived today from customs with a “credit card protector”🙈🙈🙈 I wish I read these reviews before I parted with my money!!!

They do not send you the product that they advertise, Leather-Rite, but instead a different Chinese product that doesn't work.

TOTAL SCAM. Applied to couch and loveseat as well as tired leather sectional and made absolutely no difference at all. Came in different packaging than shown in the online ad. Very disappointed.
