This platform held my money and…

This platform held my money and disabled my account for the past 1month now 27th July and we are now in September they later asked me to provide an alternate account number for them to refund me which I did,I've not received the money not have they sent the receipt of the refunded money.they are not answering their mails nor replying their messages

Avoid this company by all means

Avoid this company by all means. This company behaviour is like scammers. £300 was paid to a recipient account holder of their account and they did not receive the money, it disappeared into thin air. All efforts to contact them to trace and release the £300 have proved abortive till now fior more than one month ago.

which kind company will hold a person GBP759.44 over a week and block his account ? kindly release our brother funds as we will not agree with any manual conversion rate. Everything shown on your system should be your fault
