Lease4Less Arvostelua

Highly recommended. The measure of any organisation in delivering a service is when things don't quite go to plan. It then comes down to people and how they respond in understanding the problem and efforts made to correct any issues. Lease4Less are exemplary in this regard..

Not sure how long this will last
Please stay away from this scam business

Ordered my private lease car with the help of Matthew Cornes. Really informative and genuinely cared about finding me the best deal and the car that best suited my needs. Kept me informed right up until delivery and made sure the whole process was smooth and easy and I understood every step. Thanks so much. Would highly recommend

Matthew cornes was brilliant throughout the whole leasing process.
Even with delays that made me wait roughly 6 months for my car!... Matthew kept me up to date with any news regarding my car when he got it.
He was very good and a credit to the company he works for

I’ve waited 7 MONTHS for my car and STILL WAITING. They said four months and we’re on 7 MONTHS and COUNTING…..
Not happy at all. The MAIN reason I went with Lease4less is because of the date and they knew that because I emphasized it on our first phone call. You only get updated when you chase up and dates were sooooo off I could’ve gone else where and got a car 2 months ago already. Still no update on where it is and how long. I’ve been told MARCH and we’re going on to May. Also no accountability, just blaming it on manufacturers timeline? Okay so do something about it then instead of making deals and taking one year to deliver the car??????

Laura made the whole process smooth and easy. She promptly replied to my questions and provided multiple quotes for me so I could compare between trims/mileage/colour etc. Even better Laura then price matched on the particular car spec I wanted to make it a very competitive price.

Easy contacts and very helpful guys who dealt with me
I was a bit concerned as I had never used this company before and am always very aware of scammers or dodgy companies but these people were first class.
Matthew Cornes was particularly helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for him.
He was very easy to communicate with, understood my concerns and dealt with any questions quickly and professionally..
Connor was also very helpful and needs a mention, thank you.
I would certainly deal with these guys again and would certainly recommend them

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Laura has been absolutely fantastic in keeping me updated throughout the process of ordering my new vehicle, which is due for delivery later this month. Although I can’t yet comment on the delivery experience, if it’s anything like the outstanding service I’ve received so far, I’m sure it will be excellent. Laura has made the entire journey completely stress-free and is an absolute credit to the company.

I had top service from Stephen, he answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process getting me a great deal!

Genuine 5 star review. Everything about my experience with Lease4Less, from the first phone call, was excellent. Stephen took the time to discuss all my requirements in detail and went to a lot of effort over a number of days to source a suitable vehicle. I had frequent courtesy calls to let me know where we were in the process and to guide me through reviewing the relevant online paperwork to ensure I'd completed it all properly to avoid any delays. Stephen is very knowledgable, professional and friendly and navigated the whole process making it as stress free as possible for me, which I really appreciated. I've saved all the contact details and will definitely go straight back to Stephen and Lease4Less when my lease is up in two years. For anyone considering a lease company and reading reviews, you won't get better advice or customer care anywhere else.

My experience with Stephen Wilson was exceptional from start to finish. Made sure I understood every part of my vehicle order and maintenance plan. Will be back for my next car and for my partners next year. Thanks.

Amazing work by Laura as usual

James was absolutely fantastic throughout, his personal knowledge and passion, his personality and the way that he handled the enquiry from start to finish was a key factor in me placing the order so confidently, knowing that I was in good hands.

He kept me apprised of the situation at each stage, working diligently behind the scenes towards my various my requests. I’m grateful that James picked up my enquiry and would highly recommend.

FAO James Rushton

Matthew Wroe was very efficient and informative of the process and found me a better deal on a higher spec model within the timeframe required very smooth process, definitely recommend

Laura has been incredibly helpful — nothing is ever too much trouble. She managed to sort out both of my new leases this month with ease. Highly recommended.

My experience of dealing with Lease 4 Less was greatly enhanced by David Cawdrey in the Sales dept.
He was professional, friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole process of leasing my vehicle, answering the many questions that I had and keeping in regular contact.
I had an issue in the order process, which was no fault of David or Lease 4 Less, which made me decide to change vehicles and brand. David was again helpful and supportive throughout this, thank you.

Laura was honestly so helpful! She made the whole process easier and talked me through every step. Even with my 100s of questions she never failed to help me! Honestly she is the main reason I have stayed with this company, cant fault her so brilliant!

Fantastic customer service and a great price. Lease4Less have always worked hard to get me what I want at the best possible price.
