Very professional
Very professional and helpful.
It is well worth the money and time.
I found the lessons extremely valuable and even though it’s just seven weeks there’s a lot to learn. Obviously practice makes perfect however in the webinars you actually get to participate in all sorts of activities that challenge you and develop your knowledge in what interpreting consists of.
I would highly recommend this company as I have not experienced any issues and everything ran smoothly.
The exam experience was really great and the whole team is very supportive.

Excellent Course and Highly Professional Staff
I have enjoyed the Level 3 Intepreting Community Course so much. The online sessions were very comprehensive and very interactive. This course is the most appropriate one to learn the intepretation skills and techniques and helping the community in need.
The Tutor Ajub Janbaz was one of the best tutors I have ever had. He explained the lessons carefully and professionally. Moreover he motivated the students during all the course, building their confidence.
I can not thank Joanna and Rob enough for all their help.

Great atmosphere and very informative materials on the Community Interpreting course, thanks to the whole team! I'm giving five stars overall, therefore, I'd say some technical parts could have been improved a bit. For example, recorded webinars worked properly only in Firefox, and navigation on the website isn't really handy

We will do our best to improve the website navigation but unfortunately web browsers are 3rd party software owned by Google, Microsoft etc so there is a limit to what we can do with that. It is the browser settings that prevents playback in some browsers and only the user can change them but it is so confusing it is easier just to recommend one that we know works with its default settings. We are really pleased that this did not hamper your enjoyment and your success though.

The Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting was a very informative and useful course with experienced tutors. There is so much more to interpreting professionally and the course helped me to add invaluable knowledge and skills to my development in the chosen field. I just passed my exam today. And I can confidently say it was a fantastic course, I learned many new interpreting skills and techniques. I watched the recorded webinars and attended the live webinars; I recommend doing that. The tutors are helpful and knowledgeable.
