It was a wonderful experience, the course was very well organized. Thanks to Stuart bonner for amazing session specially the breakout sessions....

I utilised a Black Friday offer, of my own money and really glad to have taken this step. I have attended both Courses ITIL Foundation and Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Level.
I have to say that the materials, support and quality of the training is superb. Stuart Bonner took both courses, and covered them in a thorough and interesting way. As he was based out of Dubai the courses ran UK time early morning 7am through to mid afternoon.
The piece which sets this apart from other courses is the online support and availability of the materials post the days you attend the course, (the presentation is recorded so you can go back over the recordings which is very useful). There is also a couple of mock exams and an online exam system which replicates the real thing.
If I had a criticism, it would be that the simulator exams area little too easy in terms of the way the questions are asked, the real thing I found is harder in terms that the grammar used is trickier to decipher what they're truly after. It is recommended that you pass the simulator exams by 80% plus before doing the real thing and I would definitely agree with this statement.
The acid test question would I use / recommend The Learning Institute again in the future for other professional qualifications, the answer is yes I would.

Stuart Bonner delivered the training excellently & keep everyone engaged throughout the 2 day session. He has covered all the major areas that need to be considered to go for scrum master certification. Also there were fun activities which we enjoyed a lot. In a nutshell it was a wonderful experience. Looking forward for more training's like this in future.

Course introduced to all the major aspects of SAFe Scrum but this might have been made into a 3 day session instead of two days.
Overall happy with the the way it was delivered by the instructor (Stuart).

The overall course is rich content, very well structured in sequential order to understand the best processes and practices.

I Liked how the course provided many examples about real scenarios and events at work.. full of collaboration exercises. my only comment that it was too intense. recommend to have it over 3 days instead of 2 days to be able to digest the material

Extremely engaging online learning course with a very good tutor.

I had a great experience. I planned for the PMP very late and within a month, and with their guidance and course, I was able to get certified from the first time.

Pre- course documents and other useful documents were provided prior, which was great as it allowed me to be up to speed ahead of the course. Whenever I need additional information/support from either Patrick or Ibrahim, they were always there to help and ensured that all my questions were answered. As for the course itself it is intense, however my trainer Staurt, was awesome! He really broke the course down for us all to really understand and provided us with great hints and tips. His encouragement and enthusiasm throughout the course helped me stay motivated.

Absolutely great experience with the Learning Initiative, very professional I must say.

Patrick is informative and truly passionate about his job, answered my every question and supported me from start to finish. There was certainly no pushy sales, they took there time with explaining everything. At the end of the course I received a courtesy call for any comments and feedback.

The trainer Stuart Bonner, delivered the course exceptionally well, very thorough, engaging and done in a very cordial manner. Frequent short breaks were provided which was helpful.

From the administrative support side, Ibrahim was also amazing.The customer support given was excellent very responsive and dealt with any issues expeditiously. Emails were responded to within 24 hours.

All of the staff were friendly and supportive.

Exam simulators were provided along with mock exams.

I highly recommend Learning Initiative. I am so pleased I did my research and chose them to train me. I was able to chat through all my questions and concerns with Patrick, before signing up for the combined course, without any pushy sales whatsoever. You are given access to an online portal where all pre-course material and loads of other helpful materials are uploaded for your use. I cannot fault the contact with Ibrahim from the administration support side, whenever I emailed him he responded within a matter of hours. There were about 8 of us on the foundation course and 5 on the practitioner course. I had Stuart as my trainer who is fantastic. He is engaging and knows his stuff inside out. The course is intense and there is a copious amount of information to take in. We did 2 mock exams for each course, one we worked through together as a group and the other was carried out as a real exam – great practice! They also provide access to an exam simulator for each course. A few hours after the end of the first day I even received a courtesy call just to see if I was happy with the course and provide any feedback. I’ve re-read my review and it sounds like I’m a sales person for this company but honestly, they deserve it, I have received a very professional service. I will be recommending this company to anyone who wishes to study in future. Thank you Learning Initiative for the experience.

This is quiet good , the only struggle is time is to crashed as beginners

I did my SCRUM Fundamentals and Six Sigma Yellow belt. You have access to both video format and PDF format for information that you may require and reference materials to download. Website is easy to use and any help required was very quick.
I Learnt a lot from the courses I did and would highly recommend for any further education needs rot enhance career prospects.
