Cyber Care Pvt Ltd initiated legal action by serving a legal notice against Leapswitch Network / Xozz for Irresponsible Handling, Intentional Destruction of Corporate Data, and Unfair Trade Practices leading to Corporate and Financial Loss.

I purchased a $62 service from Leapswitch.com on 10/19/2025 (Invoice: LSW202510159) using my card ending in 8620. They clearly mentioned that the service was available for India, but nothing on their website restricted or warned users from outside India. After payment, I didn’t receive the service at all.

When I contacted their support, they refused to issue a refund, even though the service was never provided and they admitted it was “only for Indian users.” This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for a company claiming to operate internationally.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel scammed. I’ve already reported this issue to Stripe for refund investigation.

I have migrated the email accounts from the cpanel to quickpost services of Leapswitch.
In which I was facing difficulties for the sent items emails and the outlook configuration.

We have been user of stardsolutions for more then 10 to 12 years . The day it became leapswitch trouble started .
The server is down and up every now and then . When u raise complian The server is corrected and we send ping details . When its down we share no reply ping detail . It's like full day game for this people . We can't update thing because of that . We have more 3 moths paid vps server and 12 months cpanel but finally thought let's loose money what we paid and move to new company as business is important .
