Ged and lean to life was recommended to me and I haven’t looked back. Joining the programme has been a life line for me and one that I am committed too. Whilst I have trained for years the last 3 have been a struggle…. Hitting peri menopause completed altered my drive and energy levels. Knowing exercise is good for my mental health I decided to try the programme. In short this has given me what I needed, a small gym with no judgement, a tailored programme, like minded individuals as well as a warm welcome. Regardless of fitness level this gym is perfect if you are looking to train, get the job done do so knowing that you have a personal tailored approach and knowing that when you go every piece of equipment is available, set out just for you and ready to go. With this approach I now commit to 3 times per week, it’s all done in 45-60 mins and wow the difference it’s made me feel. My attitude to exercise is no longer about achieving the perfect bod but training for longevity, strength and mental well-being and Ged and his programme is perfect. The app, nutritional guidance complements what he does perfectly and you can tap in to as much as you need, so whatever your goal this gym hits the mark. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Ged, this has really been my life line and what I need to feel good about myself! Thoroughly enjoying every single session, being pushed in a structured way is perfect!

I joined the gym with a specific goal in mind: to walk the Inca Trail, climb to Macchu Pichu and enjoy every step! Ged introduced me to a programme which made me fitter, stronger and super confident that I could do it. I did it and achieved my goal! I feel the strongest and most alive I've ever felt and have continued to follow the programme. Why would I not? It works. This week, I have hurt my shoulder. At any other gym, I might just stop going until it was healed. And probably no one would notice! Instead, Ged has tailored a programme to both rest my injury, build up my strength again and accommodate me. I am paying for a small group but getting personal support. I can highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic, friendly and supportive gym that really helps you achieve results. The Lean4life programme is excellent and Ged's experience and knowledge is first class. I've been following the programme for 6 months and feel so much stronger, healthier and fitter. Highly recommended!

The best gym in town!! I have been made to feel so welcome from the first time I stepped through the door. Ged is so knowledgeable and informative, he has adapted the exercises to accommodate past injuries and completely changed my relationship with food. Instilling new adaptable habits that I am still using 2 years on.

Excellent small PT session in a small and friendly gym with a set program to follow on an app each week. I have been on the program for nearly four months and the results are noticeable! Physically I feel much leaner and stronger and mentally the boost I get from this program is undoubtable!
