Leadership Trust Arvostelua 

It was an immersive and challenging week. The creative, experiential learning is highly effective at identifying strengths and weaknesses with constructive discussion to support learning. The LT team are all great and the venue is a lovely setting.

I felt the changes in my personality after this training, it touched our weaknesses and developed in a great way. I noticed I have a lot in my personality that did not aware of and give me more confidence in sharing my feelings to others and don't blame myself on others failure.

This is a fantastic course, well designed and superbly delivered. The concepts used are robust and beneficial for many differing scenarios. The facilities are excellent and the staff at the centre cannot help enough.

Whilst the course is a significant investment, the benefits are tremendous.

The program was expertly designed to push us outside our comfort zones. We weren't just lectured at; we were actively engaged in simulations, problem-solving exercises, and even a dash of physical challenges (think caving course with a leadership twist!). This hands-on approach kept the energy high and the learning real. What truly made the experience exhilarating was the camaraderie that formed amongst the participants. We came from diverse backgrounds and experiences, but the challenges we faced together forged a powerful bond. Sharing ideas, supporting each other through setbacks, and celebrating breakthroughs as a team created an electric atmosphere.

The training was unconventional. the projects we worked on were well thought through and show that they have been put together with great attention to detail. We were able to relate and deduce the learning objective before even discussing the theoretical part, because of those carefully selected exercises. the venue and the facilitators were exceptional and the course structure was clear.

The residential course is full on and will exercise your mind and body to the max. I put my all in and got it all back in return. I had many highs, few lows, was emotional and exhilarated all in the space of a week. I made new friends and got great feedback on myself. Added bonus, the accommodation and food was very good.

The training was extremely helpful in looking inward and learning about myself. The lessons I learnt there I know I'll be using in my working life. The training course provides a week long residential and so much more, such as opportunities to reconnect with my peers from the course. It's a fantastic training initiative.

An excellent course, brilliantly delivered. I found this course was well suited to my way of learning, a hands on course with delegates who had varied levels of leadership, who all got along and got results, highly recommended.

It was an intense but fantastic experience. It really helps to develop yourself and your relationship with others.

Very well organised and structured, a lot of enthusiasm from all the facilitators and organisers in general, there was a more personal connection with all the organizers.
At the end of the day I feel a i gained a lot in terms of better knowing myself and wanting to change me for the best and also change how my team sees me and how I need them to see me and myself. I have already tried to apply what I learned with my team and the results are already starting to showing.

I cannot express enough how profoundly impactful my experience with The Leadership Trust has been, both professionally and personally. As an alumnus, having the opportunity to stay connected with The Leadership Trust, through sessions like 2-2-2 and meeting with fellow alumni, each bringing a wealth of experience, is invaluable.
In the 2-2-2, I've had the chance to meet inspiring individuals who not only share their wisdom but also actively contribute to finding practical solutions to the challenges one might face. The exchange of ideas is both enlightening and empowering.
I am truly grateful for the connections and insights gained through the Leadership Trust's 2-2-2 sessions, making the post-alumni experience exceptionally rewarding.

It is the best work-based course I've ever been involved in. It was a fantastic week, I met some great people, with great feedback and I was able to question honestly my own abilities in a way I've never been able to before. The things I wrote down in the books given to us I still carry in my workbag today.
If you get opportunity please get on the course - you won't regret it!
The date will only let me do it in the last year, but I attended in November 2019

This was an excellent course, run very well remotely and hugely beneficial. So much so I have put three of my team on the next course available.

So highly recommended for managers at all levels.

I would like to congratulate the Leadership trust on a truly remarkable week. It was demanding both physically and mentally but totally worth it. It developed a module that was thought provoking for myself and what my actions in the week could do positively for others in the course with me and my team in my work and social interests on leaving the course.
It gave me a focus and some triggers to activate my self awareness and awareness of others knowing we have have different attributes that need to be listened and respected in order to get that feeling of appreciation reciprocated that I believe brings positive results. By going on the leadership road , we have to take ideas from our Managers, peers and direct reports to become a better Leader

Training was very good, I wouldn´t change anything!

Normally management courses are about how you as an individual can improve the organisation you work for. This course was however about improving me, creating valuable insights into my behavior and how this affects others and the organisation. I'm grateful to the Leadership Trust team and course set-up for this opportunity.

I attended the Leadership Trust course last week and it really was an amazing experience and I learnt a huge amount. I think the course has changed me not only as a leader (I didn't really feel like one before) but also as a person. I now feel so much calmer, relexed and way less stressed in general but also when faced with difficult situations at work. My self confidence has soared and I feel well equipped to handle anything now. Not only did I learn a lot about myself I learnt a lot about other people and how they react in different situations and I think this will be really going forward.

I cannot recommend this course highly enough the course facilitators were fantastic, the venue is good, the food was very good and plentiful and the activity instructors were fantastic. If I could have rated this course 6 stars then I would have. If you think that this curse may be for you don't hesitate just get on it, I wish I had attended this course 15 years ago.
