They charge even if you cancel. We were trying to cancel a contract with leaddyno for months. Even though we notified them multiple times of a cancelation, they still kept the card on file and charged almost 7200$.

Never again. Taking them to court over this.

It works very well! I’d recommend it fully.

LeadDyno always provides excellent and timely service. Where some companies are impossible to reach, I hear back from them quickly when I have an issue and it gets fixed just as quickly.

I’ve cancelled my trial, gotten a confirmation email that the trial is cancelled, and they’re still trying to charge me. I get non stop requests to my banking provider. Their support is not replying to a single email of mine. Terrible business, terrible product with tragic documentation. I do not recommend them. Avoid!

Don't even bother with LD. Their product is difficult to implement, documentation is lacking, and support is even worse. I spent over a week trying to get setup. Support is via email only and takes over a day to get a reply. Rediculous. Integration should take a couple hours max.

Easy to use and very great platform and dashboard!

We've been a customer for 5+ years. They have a super unfair revenue model where they get paid based on your traffic and not whether their service adds any value. We got hurt by bots that drove our traffic through the roof and thus our Leaddyno bill, where we ended up paying massive overcharges. We kindly asked for credits equivalent to the overcharges and they refused.

We'll be looking for a new provider that actually treat their customers well.

They do not offer an unlimited website visitor package. So they wanted to charge me $1050 per month for two affiliate links that brought in 0.001% of our traffic. Makes no sense whatsoever. I am looking for alternatives now.

Great Customer Service.. Great Business Platform

The outstanding level of customer service received by this company is absolutely outstanding! Whenever i have a question or concern or (usually!) not doing something right, they are quick to help and solve the problem for me.
I highly highly recommend them!!
