**Positive Feedback for LBC Window Cleaning Services**
My name is Michael Kasule, and I am the building manager at The Old Town Hall, a former town hall that now houses 41 luxury apartments within a striking Grade II listed building.
Recently, we had our communal windows cleaned, and I am pleased to provide positive feedback on the services provided by LBC Exterior Clean. Their professionalism, reliability, and quality of work were exceptional.
The onsite team from LBC, Nash and John, were friendly and professional, making it a pleasure to work with them. The communal windows were left gleaming as a result of their hard work, and many residents have noticed a significant improvement.
This feedback reflects what everyone involved was hoping for, and we are striving to maintain this standard going forward. Additionally, we always receive a reminder text in advance of their visits, allowing us to prepare accordingly.
LBC also offers other services, such as gutter and drain pipe clearing. While we don’t use this service as frequently, when we have, it has been excellent.
