Lazer Telecom Arvostelua

The service itself was more than acceptable, although the process of leaving Lazer proved more complicated than I had expected.

After my account had been confirmed as closed, a further bill was raised which I disputed. Unfortunately, the matter escalated to debt collection before it was resolved, which was disappointing.

I am pleased, however, that following the CEO’s involvement, the matter has now been resolved and the payment refunded. I appreciate the time taken to address the issue and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion.

While the experience could certainly have been smoother, I am grateful that the company ultimately put things right. I hope this experience helps improve the handling of similar situations in the future.

Thank you to the CEO for helping bring the matter to a positive conclusion.

Worked very hard to solve the problem. Sent a very nice knowledgeable technician. All working great now

The Almancil employee, “Shalom” made our router turn in experience do easy and pleasant. She’s a gem of a human in terms of kindness and helpfulness. 10 ⭐️!
Polite, efficient, knowledgeable. We can’t wait to come back to Portugal in a few years and reconnect our Lazer service that has been as exceptional as Shalom 🥰🤝❤️

Technical support at our house was outstanding!

From the moment we first made our initial enquiry right, through till our final installation was complete and everything was running the service and attentiveness From Carla and the team was exceptional.

The order was processed quickly and installation happened exactly on time on the day which we had chosen.

A big plus for us was the excellent English as our Portuguese is not yet that good!

It is also very helpful dealing with a company who can communicate by email and also WhatsApp as well as conventional telephone as this makes it always possible to get Support when needed.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lazer to anyone who wants this service.

We contacted Lazer regarding a reconnection to the property that previously belonged to my parents & Tony Keenan & Marisa Alvaro in the Almancil office couldn’t have done anymore to help us - the service Marisa has provided to date has been exceptional, giving us what feels like a really personal service & answers any queries quickly & efficiently!! I would recommend Lazer without any hesitation!!!

Regards

Debbie

The speed of response from the moment we expressed interest in Lazer services was extremely impressive. Carla Rodrigues and her manager Tony Keenan found the right service at the right cost for us and had the installation completed very quickly. They had a real 'can do' approach and nothing was a problem to them. I highly recommend Lazer Telecom. David

I have been working in Property Management for over 14 years and, throughout that time, I’ve dealt with many suppliers who provide excellent service. However, I can confidently say that the service from Lazer is truly at the top.

A special mention must go to Marisa Álvaro, who is an absolute standout. She is highly competent, friendly, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable. Marisa is always willing to go the extra mile, and her dedication and professionalism are truly impeccable. No matter the situation, she is consistently available, helpful, and solution-focused.

It has been a genuine privilege working with her, and I can honestly say she is one of the best professionals I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

If anyone has any questions or requires assistance, I strongly recommend reaching out to Marisa in the Almancil office without hesitation — you will be in excellent hands.

I signed up through the website and my contact person João called me very quickly to make an appointment, he came to my house he explained the different options, he immediately drew up the paperwork and made sure the technical department made an appointment for the installation. He followed up by whatsapp and answered all my questions very quickly. His colleagues from the installation department were just as quick within one week they were ready for the installation and set up, within 1 hour the entire installation of Internet and tv was arranged. Thank you so much for the great service! Hans B

We arrived in the Algarve on the Saturday, contacted Lazer on Monday and they had everything set up by Thursday afternoon. Excellent service and friendly, professional and efficient staff. Would definitely recommend!

From the first telephone conversation with Marizo Alvaro, everything was sorted and arranged very efficiently.
Making an appointment for the two installers was also very easy. It’s now installed and works perfectly.

Great service and prompt assistance when needed.

Marisa Alvaro, was great at explaining the contracts for an expat in Portugal, and delivering outstanding customer service
Highly recommended for all expats
