The survey and report was completed in full and to a high level with relative speed. The company is quick to respond to any questions and queries that were raised.

Very happy with the thorough yet level‑headed survey by Lawsons. Dan focused on what genuinely mattered without getting bogged down in trivial or inconsequential details, which we really appreciated as buyers. A significant issue was identified early, allowing us to bring in an engineer and contractor to resolve it promptly. Communication was good, with Dan responding promptly to our followup questions after the survey. Overall, a professional, sensible, and reassuring experience.
