Literally the best service I’ve ever had and would highly recommend this company and want to anybody looking to get their house dialed in. I will only go through the same process from here on out.

They've always been great at edging around our vegetable beds, but they were out the day after the storm and cleared all the broken branches out and pilled them up before we even had a chance to check, let alone ask them to. Definitely above and beyond!

What happened to this company? I used them several years ago and the service was dependable and the price was a bit high but reasonable. After a year or so I moved to another landscaping company and was looking back at lawnstarter lately and am so disappointed - their customer service is just terrible and nobody knows what they are doing. I talked to first rep, told him I used to be a customer and he stopped me and transferred me to another rep after he took all of my info (10 minutes at least). That rep set me up with a price for one yard and I also have another property right next door with a very small front yard only and they quoted me a price of 90% of the first yard/house. I asked them how they determine prices and she said square footage, which can't be right or they have a minimum charge that they are not telling me, so I said no thanks. One of their reps calls me (another 10 minutes) and I explain the situation and he gets all my information, activates my old account and transfers me again. The fourth rep got my information all over and now she can't find my account in their system. Complete baffoons working there, they may have gotten bigger but they certainly are not better. And my grass still needs to be cut!!!

Paul did a beautiful job on the lawn. The edging is perfect. He came earlier that scheduIed as requested and I was so happy that he did. Great to know he will continue to take such good care of my lawn.

Danny and Christian were excellent!! Very personable and got right to work! My lot is bigger than many of my neighbors and the price was right!! They mowed and trimmed, edging and blowing to clean up areas!! So impressed I asked for them again in 2 weeks!! A nice tip was so worth their efforts, especially with the heat and annoying cicadas!!!!!
