Great company, great communication

Jordan was so quick and did an EXCELLENT job! The last guy cut down our flowers after we specifically advised him not to. I didn’t even have to give Jordan instructions and he made sure not to cut down our flowers. I was so surprised to see how quick he got done and how great our yard looked.

My yard has never looked so good for so long. They do a great job for the price. I love the price and the service.

They're very professional and glad they came back to do our property. They even did property recommendations which no one else did. I hope they continue doing my property.

They would state they were coming during a three day period, and then they would reschedule and reschedule. Then they would assign a different lawn service, who also would not show up when they said they would. When I finally fired them they offered me a refund of my last mowing if I agreed to sign an agreement not to post negative reviews or discuss the contents of the agreement with anyone. I declined to sell my rights to give honest reviews of this company for money.

I've been using LawnStarter for about a month now, and I'm very happy with their work. John is doing a great job for a reasonable price.

Very Happy with the Pro LawnStarter

I ordered LawnStarter and one week later I still hadn't heard from them. So I hired someone else and the chatbot wouldn't cancel my service subscription without a huge fuss. And the site won't let me delete my credit card information. I asked the chatbot to delete my information and she said she would request it. Later I was given a personal call back from Janice on the support team. She was very kind and understood my position. Had the chatbot rep treated me like Janice in the beginning I may not have had a jaded attitude.We discussed being treated like a person and not a commission. The representative that had that approach with me was going to get some training. We live in a very rural area and that may have been part of the delay.
