Top design and client service
The design of the oak clock is amazing, intuitive, calm, and fits our design perfectly. On top, the client service has been super responsive and helpful long after the purchase when, only after 3 years, the clock mechanism part needed an upgrade. This was sent to us and it runs great again.

Nice and good quality
Beautiful watch. Quick delivery in a nice and qualitative box to Belgium. Both the watch and leather strap are thin and of nice quality. It fits well on my thin wrist. Every time I look at the watch I am amazed by the beauty of the moment.

The watch is very beautiful
The watch is very beautiful. I find it easy to read and the way the intensity of the colours changes with time is lovely. My only complaint is the cost of the duty which took it from a reasonable price to much more than I would have paid if I'd known.

Dear Alison,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're happy to hear that you love the watch and its unique way of displaying time.
We're sorry to hear about the unexpected import duties. Unfortunately, these fees are set by your local customs authorities and are outside of our control, but we understand that they can be frustrating.
Thank you again for your feedback and for supporting LAWA. We hope you'll enjoy your watch for many years to come!
Best regards,

Wonderful watch
This is a gorgeous watch, elegant design, nicely fits my quite small wrist. The gradient is flawless and mesmerizing. Great quality overall.
Most of all, I love the idea of this watch: time is not about the exact minutes or seconds. Each moment is a work of art in its own right, to be enjoyed rather than to be defined perfectly.

Beautiful Watch paired with Exceptional Support!
I initially experienced minor tolerance issues with the mesh band, but LAWA's customer service was absolutely outstanding. They handled the situation with professional care and quickly shipped me a defect-free replacement along with a matching leather strap.
As a watch collector, I can confidently say this piece is incredibly unique and beautiful—the deep navy gradient watch hands are stunning. I am highly impressed by their responsible support and top-notch design. Highly recommended!

fantastic customer service
The gradient watch has been my go to watch for day to day wear. The fixed keeper loop on the strap somehow broke. I contacted customer service and they responded well within a day, I think it was even on a weekend. They verified the problem with photos and then immediately shipped out a replacement band! Great, fast, easy service that fixed my issue to my favorite watch.
