Vastaus yritykseltä Lavaand
Dear Munish, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review on Trustpilot. We always strive to make sure we maintain the best relationships with our customers and are always keen to hear feedback - which is why we always sent out an e-mail just like this one to make sure we’re meeting the high standards we set ourselves and to check everything is ok with your order. However, I can see here that you’ve received one of these emails too early - which I understand can feel frustrating when you haven’t received your order from us yet. We’re taking your feedback on board and are working on our e-mail structure to allow more time for delivery, to ensure you get communication from us once you’ve had a chance to try your pieces on. We’re always incredibly grateful for feedback from our community, and hope that in the future your horse and cart will arrive at the same time! We look forward to hearing your thoughts now your delivery has arrives, and hope that us taking your incredible feedback on board to make real changes to our emails will improve your review of us as a brand.
Sure, here's the corrected version of your sentence:
It would be very helpful to have your feedback on our products and the level of our service.
Thank you.
Excellent customer service!

Great customer service and beautiful prints
The customer support was extremely helpful, friendly and quick with responding when I made a mistake while ordering. All of the dresses I tried on looked absolutely beautiful and I found my absolute favorite. After that I wanted to send the other ones back, texted Lavaand and got the return label super quickly.
All in all I would definitely order here again!
