I only ever buy clothes on line and came across Laundry B by chance. It is now one of my go to companies although I have a feeling that pretty soon it will be my ONLY go to company!
I love browsing the website and can always find something suitable.
Yes there are items I don't particularly like but that's where choice comes in - and there's plenty to choose from!
Delivery is really speedy and I love that there is minimal packaging. The postage fee is a bit of a challenge but I balance that with the very reasonable prices being charged for the clothes.

Really good experience
Online so shopping from videos or pictures but never an issue with returns which are processed quickly
However not too many of those as clothes are super nice and very reasonable.
The only issue is there is endless choice so you want to buy all the time and there is always the temptation to get things in several colours when they fit so well feel so good and come in such an amazing colour range !
The shop has created a really supportive customer community as well which is really nice as online shopping can be a solitary and impersonal .. which is not the case here !

Reasonably priced too.
The staff are great and the rare occasion that a problem occurs it's quickly sorted out.

Fabulous clothing amazing quality…
Fabulous clothes and amazing quality absolutely love laundry b, as a plus size lady find it hard to find fashionable clothing.
The way many items are made it fits right through the size spectrum, which I love.
Brought many items but my latest the denim jacket is fabulous.
Also not thrown away fashion will do season after season, last for years because of the quality.
Customer service are just as amazing!

Just a fabulous shopping experience
I have shopped with this company for a little while now and out of all of my purchases (there have been a lot) I have only ever returned one item (it was a duplicate).
The materials, the cut of the clothing is just outstanding.
This really is my guilty pleasure and once you purchase you are not left waiting long for the delivery.

Beautiful clothing
I only discovered Laundry B about a month ago and felt sure it was a scam, their website shows such beautiful clothing at fantastic prices. I bit the bullet and made a purchase and haven’t stopped since. Having recently retired I am currently updating my wardrobe and it will be full of Laundry B collections. Mostly natural fabrics of a very high quality that suit all sizes and ages their collections are fantastic. Beautiful unique clothing that can’t be found in shops which I have recommended to all my friends. I have found in the past that some one size clothing can look frumpy on larger ladies (like myself) but not here… everything drapes superbly. They have a separate Facebook group to show collections and how customers (a super group of lovely ladies) style their purchases to their own individuality - have a look for different ideas. There is a live Facebook event every weekday where new collections are dropped but beware it will become addictive 😀… . All purchases are dispatched next day arriving very quickly… Not sure how you do it but please never stop ❤️ x

SCAM! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
I bought two sweatshirts and a pair of tracksuit bottoms, expecting them to match based on the website photos. However, nothing matches. The tops and bottoms are completely different shades, so they can’t be worn together. One of the tops is also nothing like the picture and lacks key details. The quality of the items is terrible—extremely thin, rough cotton, and they are baggy and misshapen. I wish I could return them, but when I tried, the system denied it because I missed the return window. This feels like a total scam!

We have taken a look at your order, regarding the colour mismatch between your items, we completely understand your disappointment. To clarify, our Salt Classic Crew Sweatshirt in Cloud and the Oris Classic Jogger in Pebble are named differently as they are not intended to be a matching set. We only assign the same colour name when items are designed to be worn together, wether that be tonally/perfect match. We do provide facebook lives so you can see the girls trying on, styling and mixing and matching colours. We’ll certainly look into whether this can be made clearer on our website.
As for the fabric and fit, we aim to provide accurate product descriptions, including fabric content, measurements, and colour details on each product page. We’re sorry to hear that the items didn’t meet your expectations in person and appreciate your feedback on this.
In terms of the return, our policy does require returns to be processed within 14 days of receipt via our Customer Self Returns Portal. This is detailed on our website and within the order information. However, if you ever have any issues with the process or need help, our Customer Care team is always here to help and they may have been able to offer a solution on this occasion.
