This was not my first time ordering. So that speaks for itself really. The website is easy to use, delivery is amazingly quick and the garments are so well made. I adore the multi sizing as I can change size from one week to the next. This means no more uncomfortable garments digging into my skin. Shame you don’t make bras/bralets 💖💖

Absolutely Outstanding Service – Laundry B Never Lets Me Down!
I was expecting my delivery this morning and Royal Mail sent me a message saying my parcel had been delivered to my “safe place.” I checked everywhere nothing. I searched, panicked, called Royal Mail, and sat in a 15-minute queue. While waiting, I thought, Let me call Laundry B.
Best decision ever! The phone barely rang before a lovely woman picked up. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. She tracked my parcel and told me she had a picture showing where it was delivered. Turns out… Royal Mail had put my beautiful Laundry B parcel inside my food waste bin. I couldn’t believe it!
After some rummaging around, I found it exactly where she said it would be. I called back, shared the horror (and the laugh!) with her, and she was just delightful. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her personally.
As always, my Laundry B items are gorgeous. One wasn’t what I thought I ordered completely my mistake but it’s still beautiful, and I went back and ordered the correct one straight away.
Laundry B has never let me down. Their customer service is amazing, their products are stunning, and even in moments of delivery madness, they’ve got your back. If you’re thinking about ordering do it. You won’t regret it!

I have been buying from this shop for many years but recently bought 3 items.
Some jeans which I absolutely love really lovely style & good quality. A white T shirt with silver design, which again I love and the material is lovely & soft & a light weight white sweatshirt.
The clothes prices are great value for money, the quality is of a reliable standard & they always post things out promptly if you buy online. I highly recommend this brand both the shop & online.

Poor Quality Items
Saw this company on line and the clothes looked lovely. Also they stated that they were made in Italy. The reviews were mixed however I decided to order two items. The description was correct however the quality was not good. I had to cut off and finish all the rough edges on both garments and remove many loose threads. After a couple of washes I now need to sew some of the seams back together. Such a shame because they are so pretty and look lovely on. That is the reason I kept them oh and the cost of the return postage. Also they are not made in Italy but in China, the label clearly states made in The Peoples Republic of China.
So buyer beware the garments are of a poor quality and finish. Definitely throw away fashion.

Firstly we’d like to apologise for the incorrect country of origin listed at the time of your order. This was an honest mistake on our part, and as soon as it was brought to our attention, we corrected it straight away. We're a small, hardworking team (no robots here) just real people who sometimes make mistakes – but we always do our best to put things right as quickly as possible.
As for the quality concerns, we do always ensure the fabric content is in the description. The items you purchased were part of a rustic-style collection, which does feature raw edge detailing as part of the design – something we always try to highlight in both our product descriptions and during our daily live streams, where our girls show the products up close and talk through the fit, feel, and fabric in detail.
We’re disappointed to hear that the garments didn’t meet your expectations, especially as you mentioned they look lovely on – which is what we always hope for. Please know that this is not fast, throwaway fashion. We’re proud to have a loyal community of wonderful customers who return to us time and again, wearing and loving their pieces for years.
That said, thank you again for your feedback this has also been shared with the team, to prevent any future mishaps. Laundry B Team.
