LaunchGood always denies any request send from indian citizens how serious campain with geniune reasons it is denied by the administrator

I experienced a fire in January that caused my son and I to be displaced, I was fortunate enough to have a dear family member create a campaign for us. While there was some snags regarding the payout, I found the staff to be quite compassionate and understanding. I received my full payout in a matter of days after contacting them about the delay. I will certainly use this organization going forward. Alhamdulillah

My organization has been a campaign creator for LaunchGood for many years now. They do request a lot of documentation for verification before payout which can sometimes feel frustrating, but I do get payment and there is good communication with my account manager

They want your money, they don’t care for any cause. It’s them stealing from people. They are making money for themselves. Garbage and fake Muslims

Do NOT use these guys, they kept all the money. and a family who lost their father to a car accident did not get one penny.

They kept lying to us about we have to verify and we have sent literally everything to verify and a picture of the deceased person and still nothing. they kept the money and we lost everything.

Do not use these scammer. fake Muslims

I wouldn't use them again. Too slow to approve and too slow to realse the funds. I've used other crowdfunds. Much faster. Much better. Customer service is great though. Very fast response. However the method is not good for people raising funds.

I kept on adding to my giving list to ensure my donations went to the charities I wanted to support, but the list kept getting deleted and my donations were going to charities I did not want to support. I have cancelled my subscription.

Honesty, I really thought highly of this company but I believe they are pretty sketchy now. I created a charity account to support the Pakistan flood victims and my campaign was approved, I started getting donations and I then it was pulled off, and I was asked to submit extra documentation which I provided the company with, never heard back and the funds that were donated to me have been gone without any communication or response from the company… for all we know they can be keeping those funds Becuase I didn’t get them for sure! What a scam!
