I have bought from this website before, first time was great, quick. 2nd time on the other hand I was asked to ID verify which prolonged my checkout time 12 hours, then once verified I couldn't even download my file, 50 hours later, still waiting for a resolution. They seem to respond anywhere from 2-12 hours after you make a ticket.

I trust them they are also very great at making frameworks and such and make things easy to install support is very slow tho and sometimes they dont respond at all

Hello i am not here to nag or anything i think that launcherleaks deserve a 5 stars within their resources however i am not able to connect to their website it just says checking if the site is secure and that loads for like the whole time and i just cannot connect i just want some help and idk where i can find.
