Lluisa was so helpful and put me at ease by answering all my questions. Her item descriptions are thorough and you have to be prepared to appreciate that vintage items will never be perfect. I’ve purchased 2 wonderful items from and both were beautifully packaged and protected. Shipping is fast and if you’re looking for your first vintage Chanel as your forever bag then Lluisa is your lady. I will not hesitate to buy again soon

Perfect! My bag is perfection! Lluisa was lovely, she sells amazing items with a precise description making it easy to buy from a distance. She makes videos of the bag you want to buy to help you make your decision. Shipping was super fast and bag well protected! I’m super happy with the whole experience! Wouldn’t buy my first Chanel from anyone else! :)

I purchased my first vintage Chanel bag from Lastlove. Lluisa was so helpful replying to all my questions (and they were so many, thank you for your patience!)
The bag arrived today and conditions are even better than photos/videos. Packaging was also done so nicely and there was so much attention to detail. Going back to the bag: superb condition, it almost looks like new. I am so happy with my overall experience, I cannot recommend Lluisa enough.
