Dress is lovely however the fact that the custom charges which are not included in euro price combined with the postage increases price by nearly €50 which makes it v poor value and would stop me from ordering again.

I ordered the Elizabeth dress, what a gorgeous dress. The skirt is lined and is fab fabric. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was lovely.

The whole ordering and delivery process was so easy and received my order in just a couple of days. Quality of the dresses I received were excellent!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I purchased an argyle knit cardigan. The quality was very poor plus the button holes were in a terrible state. Would not last 2 wears before they would start to rip. I returned and stated that my consumer rights are that I should receive my shipping costs. Customer services argued that they didn’t agree so no shipping cost returned. Arrogant to say the least and obviously need a bit of guidance with the law.
I have seen better quality knitwear from Tesco or primark.

Bought my second item and wasn't disappointed, super fast delivery, this time I got the beige jumper with the lemon stripes, the quality is amazing, so thick, cosy, soft, got size 1, as 0 was out of stock, which prob would've been better, but have kept the size 1 as gives a slight oversized look ( I'm a size xs/8 ) but super happy, great service, would recommend

Following a reel I've seen on instagram, I've decided to have a look on the website. I send a message on their dedicated instagram page and 2 e-mails where I'm advised I will receive an answer within 24 hours, and I'm just being ignored everywhere. I wanted to purchase £110 worth of products, but I'm giving up as pre-sale communication seems really bad, I don't want to know what would happen if there's an issue after purchase. Such a shame. Please don't reply to my e-mails/message now, not interested anymore.

The actual box it arrived in was so beautiful , the lining of it with your signature print was just stunning .. then the fact every item was individually packaged in its own dust bag was just something else. And of course the quality of the clothing is beyond amazing ..can’t wait to buy more 🥰.
