A nightmare from start to finish.
On 7 February, Lastminute provided the last reschedule of our flight, which we accepted. Then, on 9 February, suddenly and without any notice or explanation, we were informed that a partial refund had been issued. No details were given about why this happened.
Today, just hours before check-in, we discovered that the flight was allegedly cancelled. Despite this, the airline’s website shows that the flight is still scheduled to depart as originally planned. Lastminute has refused to refund €110, claiming this is due to promotional fare conditions, even though the cancellation and mismanagement were entirely caused by them. They also attempt to shift responsibility to the airline, citing “operational reasons,” which is misleading and irrelevant.
Under EU Regulation (EC) 261/2004, passengers are entitled to:
Full reimbursement if a flight is cancelled or not operated,
Re-routing at the earliest opportunity, and
Compensation if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before departure, unless extraordinary circumstances apply.
Lastminute’s handling is unlawful. Issuing a partial refund without explanation, withholding the €110 fare, failing to notify passengers in due time, and attempting to blame the airline, while the flight may operate as originally scheduled, is a clear breach of EU passenger rights.
This experience was stressful, confusing, and entirely avoidable. Customers should beware: Lastminute failed to provide the service they sold, violated passenger rights, and refused to act responsibly.

J’ai réservé un voyage à forfait (vol + hôtel) pour 5 personnes via Lastminute.com. Le voyage a été annulé par l’agence suite à l’annulation du vol. Un remboursement partiel m’a été effectué. Cependant, l’agence a refusé de rembourser les services optionnels associés à la réservation :
• Travel Extra Pack Plus : 360 €
• Premium Service Package : 85 €
Ces services étant liés au voyage annulé et n’ayant pas été fournis, je considère que leur non-remboursement constitue une pratique abusive.
Je vous deconseille donc ce prestataire qui annule votre voyage et n’essaie pas de trouver une solution pour le remplacer et qui garde la somme correspondante aux options liées à ce voyage qui n’aura pas lieu.

I wish i could give zero, worst customer support , even during war situations no update or reply. Unending wait to get response when flight in next 24 hours .

Ho prenotato un pacchetto volo +hotel su Booking e sono stato reindirizzato a questo sito. Non avendo ricevuto conferma della loro ricezione del pagamento, per capire cosa fosse successo ho avuto fin da subito grosse difficoltà a contattare il servizio clienti. Hanno una chat con
Un robot con limitate possibilità di risposta, nel mio caso assolutamente inutile. Ho avuto grossi problemi anche con la prenotazione di servizi aggiuntivi (scelta del posto aereo, bagaglio da stiva aggiuntivo). Rispondono lentamente alle mail, danno risposte evasive o sbagliate, confondono una richiesta con un'altra. Per telefono ho ricevuto spesso altrettante risposte evasive (es: "aspetta ancora 2 ore e se non ricevi conferma via mail poi richiamaci...", ecc). Una tribolazione continua ed estenuante. Morale della favola: in andata ho dovuto pagarmi il bagaglio aggiuntivo al ceckin con notevole disagio a costi più elevati a causa delle loro lungaggini e dei loro rimbalzi inconcludenti. Ho dovuto tribolare anche durante la vacanza per prenotare il bagaglio aggiuntivo del ritorno, per gli stessi motivi, senza sapere fino all'ultimo se ce l'avrei fatta. Inoltre segnalo che avevo prenotato un trasferimento con minivan e pagato di più rispetto al tranfer in pullman. All'andata ho trovato il minivan. Al ritorno un bel pullmanone pieno di gente, pur avendo pagato per minivan.
Posso documentare tutti i disguidi che ho riportato.
È stato un incubo. Se posso darvi un consiglio state lontani.

Contrate un viaje a las vegas telefónicamente el día 4 de enero me dan ID 2793105114 hago el pago me dicen que no les consta, y lo vuelvo ha hacer, al cabo de dos días , me dicen que se ha anulado la reserva y compruebo que me han cargado dos veces el importe de 908,84€, a día de hoy 20 de enero no me han devuelto la cantidad de 1817,68 € causando me grave perjuicio. A parte no me informaron antes de la contratación de las documentación necesaria para ir a Estados UNIDOS. UN DESASTRE MUY INSATISFECHA NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE NO SE FIEN

Why do companies with 0 support get successful in the first place?

Contrate vuelo, hotel y alquiler de coche y como extra de el coche contrate con ellos un seguro a todo riesgo por unos 50€, cuando fui a recoger el coche la empresa Goldcar me dijo que no me valía ese seguro y que no era de ellos y contrate otro con la compañia Goldcar por 185€, reclame a lasminute la devolución de el seguro y se desentendieron de el problema

These guys are professional scammers. Stay away, paying a little more for the same tickets through the airline is worth it. Their vouchers that they give you instead of refunds cannot be used unless you book an allready more expensive flight, so their scam is giving you vouchers you cannot use.

Acabo de reservar un vuelo y si que es verdad que lo hice con rumbo y me dirige la pagina a last minute. Espero no tener ningún problema. Quiero agradecer a Laura ya que tuve muchos problemas a la hora de la reserva y fue muy amable y competente y logro darme solución a mi problema lo que otros asistentes no lo hicieron.

A mediados de marzo hice una reserva con Booking, pero al final la reserva viene a nombre de Lasminute.
La reserva era todo incluido y vuelo con derecho a cancelación
Varios días después me notifican que varía el horario previsto del vuelo y puedo aceptar el cambio de la compañía aérea o cancelar el viaje.
Decido cancelar el viaje para mirar otras ofertas y me comunican que tengo que volver a reservar con ellos o pierdo una parte importante de dinero, no recuerdo exactamente pero más de 200 euros, así que decido la oferta mas favorable recontratar con ellos cuando esté disponible el reembolso. Aun así me dicen que pierdo 50 Euros que no son reembolsables.
A pasado cerca de un mes y aún no dispongo del reembolso prometido. Esto está afectando a mi familia pues necesitamos reservar con tiempo otra opción para planificar el viaje.
Me siento secuestrado con esta empresa y no puedo disponer del dinero aportado, a pesar de tener derecho a cancelación y tener que suspender el viaje por causas ajenas a mi voluntad. Sigo esperando me resuelvan este asunto. Por mi parte anularía toda relación con esta compañía si me devolviesen el dinero pagado.

I problemi che ho avuto e che continuo ad avere a causa loro sono ormai senza fine. L'anno scorso ho acquistato un pacchetto che comprendeva volo e noleggio auto per la Sardegna. Al momento della partenza, ma proprio alcuni minuti prima del check in, il volo viene annullato. Ho perso così: volo di andata, auto, e volo di ritorno. Ho dovuto ricomprare il volo, rinoleggiare l'auto tutto a spese mie ovviamente, senza la minima assistenza, senza alcun volo alternativo. Quando ho provato a chiamare lastminute per chiedere il rimborso, rispondeva una segreteria che non mi portava a niente. Mi sono rivolta a una società che si occupa di ottenere questo tipo di risarcimenti, ma sto ancora aspettando i miei soldi. Dopo un anno. Vi do un unico consiglio, non acquistate mai pacchetti altrimenti perdendo uno perderete tutto, e i vostri soldi ciaone proprio, per non parlare delle vacanze mandate a pu**ane, come dicono in Francia.

Beställ aldrig från lastminute. De tar betald sen tar de inget ansvar för standarden på hotell. Återbetalning kommer inte ens på tal. Bli inte lurad, du kommer bara bli av med dina pengar och hamna på ett värsta och smutsiga vandrarhem utan handukar och utan service trots att du har betalat för en 5 stjärnig hotell. Du kan glömma att be om hjälp då de försöker inte ens hjälpa en. Undvik Lastminute!!!

Have booked hotels multiple times but tried them for flight bookings recently. Had realised that i had made a mistake and there is 24 hour grace period for full refund by Swiss airlines - which i confirmed however, multiple issues/ scams run by lastminute mean that they have their own rules. While agents initially mentioned to check with airline if they allow. After reconfirming clearly that swiss airlines allow full refund - Lasminute.com still refused to refund the booking say they have their own policies. Beware of these issues:
They have their own amendment rules and will not refund the tickets
No number to call to speak - just need to spend hours on the chat support who takes super long to respond
I can see that even if you buy a very expensive fully refundable ticket - they charge a £45 amendment fee on any changes/ cancellations.

Would advise better not to book with them although they may be 1% cheaper than the airlines - you would end up losing 100% of it if you want to change/ cancel.

Abbiamo prenotato un viaggio, volo più pernottamento per Corfù, poi a distanza di poco, io sono caduto in moto. Operato all'ospedale Bufalini di Cesena con fratture multiple all'articolazione e non solo, che guariranno forse quest'inverno. Ho segnalato subito, annullando il volo e il pernottamento motivando con i documenti dell'ospedale tutto ciò che mi era successo, loro non ne hanno voluto sapere. Non mi hanno rimborsato quello che sarebbe stato giusto rimborsarmi visto l'accaduto, conclusione. NON PRENOTARE ALCUN VIAGGIO SU "LAST MINUTE.COM"

j'ai réservé un bel hotel + vol à Marrakech et payé bien évidemment trois mois auparavant ; en arrivant à l'hotel "longue Vie", celui m'informe qu'ils n'ont pas de place pour moi la première nuit, qu'il n'y a plus de chambre disponible..... qu'ils sont désolés. Seule eu milieu de Marrakech à 23 h ; je rédige des messages, personne ne bouge.... on s'occupe soit disant de mon dossier mais rien.... inadmissible

AGBs werden nicht eingehalten, reguläre Stornierungen werden nicht akzeptiert oder man muss ewig dem Geld hinterlaufen. Absoult schlechte Erreichbarkeit und man wartet Wochen auf die Beanwortung von Emails.
Verbrauchschutzzentrale wurde bereits eingeschaltet.

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would! They wrongfully charged me for a service I did not require and blamed it on agency fees and exchange rate/bank fees even though I provided proof it wasn’t. Completely incompetent staff and company. Would definitely not recommend. Also, they tried to threaten me that if I cancelled I would not get any refund back even though on booking it said free cancellation up until a few days before the trip. Absolutely laughable! A joke and a scam!
