5 Star Plus review *****. We had a VERY URGENT requirement today. Within 15 minutes, Larkbury confirmed they had stock, we arranged a bike to collect it and so what was a potential huge issue was resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. Larkbury and specifically Asher Newman, went out of their way to help assist in resolving our catastrophe and we can't thank them enough! Thanks so much Asher you were a star! It is so lovely to find people who go above and beyond to help. I fully recommend.

I recently ordered a host of furniture from larkbury in a few orders. The first order consisted of a sofa, 4 chairs, a bed, a mattress, a coffee table, and two armchairs. At first truly I was browsing but Phoebe from Larkbury went out of her way to accommodate me, my schedule and show me how the items are that I decided to get a chunk of my items from them. The delivery was extremely smooth and professional and the items were faultless. I was so impressed by everything but especially by Phoebe’s service so I contacted her again to get a few more items and once again she delivered like last time and more. I am now waiting for the second order (I only placed it today so it’s normal to wait!) and I cannot wait to receive it. I’m sure I’ll love the items just as much and that it won’t be the last time I reach out to Phoebe for help, far from it!

After spending 35k+ with this company I am disappointed with the last item that I have just had delivered, partly my mistake to order online from a colour you can't clearly see. After calling them just now they said it was my responsibility and the guy was unprofessional. He's approach was like buying from some cheep secondhand shop not trying to be understanding. As we all know the companies like John Lewis or Marks & Spencer's know how to handle customers. These guys, high-end and unpolite response. Oh well.

As with all previous deliveries from Larkbury, the delivery service was great. Mariusz and Catalin were so helpful, careful and professional….. and they always work with a smile no matter how heavy the items are!

Our experience of getting the curtains of our living room and sitting room has been good. The curtains expert Alexandra took keen interest in designing and in selecting the fabric and the team who came for fitting the curtains and the pelmets did a good job.

Costs and Marius are highly professional and friendly. Always a pleasure.
