Excellent publishing service!
LAP has generally received negative feedback from the scholarly community due to alleged malpractices. However, I do not entirely agree with this view. There are other publishing presses that charge authors nearly €6,000 per monograph (or even up to €10,000), which I consider excessive and predatory. Charging authors such exorbitant amounts is unjustifiable, regardless of whether peer review is conducted or not. It remains excessive.
While LAP Lambert Academic Publishing has faced criticism, my experience has been positive. They provided me the opportunity to publish my book, now in its second edition, and, notably, they do not charge if you wish to make your work open access!
Our primary goal as scholars should be to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge, and LAP enables this without financial barriers.

No Royalties Lambert
I have sent numerous e-mails to Ms Alexei Elenia to Lambert about royalties. My book was published in 2012 and I havn't received a single dollar in royalties. Lambert probably priced my book too high $90.00. I am very disappointed with Lambert. They could at least have the professionalism to respond to e-mails.

My experience is that their publishing is O K but their pricing policy and copyright policy is very unfair. My book was priced way too high for ordinary man to purchase and even after 10 years has sold notmore thn 4 copies. Also there is no communication about anything from them.

When I published my book I constituted my personal mentors and reviewers. When I sent my merchandise, I was published without hullabaloo. Imagine writing a book and somebody who did not sit with you gives comments that may not even add value!

Вчера я получила печатный экземпляр своей книги. Сразу хочу сказать, что я расстроена и разочарована. А теперь разберу всё по порядку. По выставленному счету стоимость 1 экземпляра книги - 59.41 евро, а стоимость пересылки составляет 5.12 евро. Так вот, книга напечатана в ООО «НПО» Россия, г. Санкт-Петербург, наб. Обводного канала, д. 199-201, лит П. Качество бумаги, на которой напечатана книга, оставляет желать лучшего: бумага тонкая и прозрачная. Рисунки все черно-белые, хотя все рисунки в формате 3D были приведены в цвете, иначе они сложны для восприятия читателя. Более того, для книги, изданной в Евросоюзе, такое качество не соответствует репутации международного издательства. Единственное к чему у меня нет претензий - это к обложке. Книга достаточно дорогая и тот экземпляр, который я получила, абсолютно не стоит 59.41 евро (5500 рублей). Замечу, что нисколько не жаль было бы потраченных денег, если бы цена соответствовала качеству товара. Теперь про оплату доставки: бандероль отправлена из г. Санкт-Петербурга и оплата до г. Екатеринбурга почтой РФ составляет 123 руб. (марки на конверте) и 48 руб. за полиэтиленовый пакет упаковки, в который помещено отправление, но это тоже не соответствует сумме 5.12 евро (470 рублей). Кроме того, в личном кабинете до сих пор нет электронной версии книги. Единственное о чем я не жалею, так это о том, что я заказала всего 1 экземпляр монографии. Кроме того, на сайте нет требований, которые бы помогли автору в работе над книгой. В качестве плюсов отмечу, что на издание книги у меня ушло два месяца очень плотной работы, включая переписку с издательством.

So unprofessional, Ms Olga doesn't even bother replying, when she finally does, she's very rude.
They call themselves LAP, but you check any of their employees' names and they list a different name, sounds fishy and scammy. Never got a contract or a penny, I don't know where those reviews come from!!
