Tom’s response towards the enquiries is fast and detail-minded. The entire process is lightning fast. The inspection was booked between the surveyor and the property agent and it was undertaken just after a week since the very beginning of the enquiry of the service. The report was sent just 4 days after the inspection. I requested a level 2 buyer report, which is comprehensive and the contents size are sufficient enough to make me recognise the overall condition of the property and effectively helps me to make a wise decision toward the purchase of the property.
