Landstar System Arvostelua 4

This is a terrible company the people don't communication with the customer. Back on 8/7/25 I dealings with Jeilyn from Landstar about a live load going from Plano,Tx to Peru, not only did Jeilyn and his company drop the ball they refused to communicate with me. Landstar was supposed to be at the location at 8am. They sent another company out to us 4.5 hours later, the driver from the other company was told to come out with a 20ft container. Jeilyn and his company still refused to communicate with us. This company along with Jeilyn should not be allow to serve the public because they are very untrustworthy never on time don't know how to communicate with the customer all they care about is taking people's money. All Landstar and Jeilyn had to do was communicate, if any of the distribution centers out there reading the reviews don't use Landstar because they are not reliable nor do they care about the customer. I'll never use this company again and they deserve a 1 star rating because they suck and should be put out of business due to the unreliable personnel this company hires due to the fact they just don't care about anything nor anyone.

I negotiate for a load with him form Freight Bill # 2204394 / EL # EL3748389 / Customer Reference Number 887869217 / PO Number L6CVHX4VM8
we agreed in $3950 over the email, I then call him to book and get the details that publicly are not available, he asked me about the driver empty time in respond I told him that the carrier text me earlier that his driver will be empty around 9, so either he is empty or they unloading him, he then said you are not quite sure about that so I don't wanna book the load with you, have the Owner of the authority call me and I did the same, after it booked he start behaving weird, I shared the Copy of Rate Confirmation with him over the email and told him that it's been signed so he will be aware that if he need any assistance in tracking the driver or the load, I can help him.....but in response he replied that stop emailing we are not going to pay you any thing ....I told him that I am not asking anything from you but I am here to help you.... but he keeps on saying the same and then add the OWNER of the Authority in the email thread and said I am behaving un-professionally this my result in loosing my customer and business .... I some how explain the situation to the my customer by showing the email screen shots and the call recordings.... he understand but what if I loose my customer because of this Idiotic and un-professional behavior... I am a dispatcher and carriers are my only way to earn bread ...

Saw them in the Freedom Convoy. I will never support this company. If I see a trailer with this logo I will refuse shipment and make a different carrier bring it.
