Land of Munchies Arvostelua 25

Land of munchies had been recommended to me for their delicious waffles and sundaes. Well, they didn't disappoint! The shop itself looks a little rundown and could do with a tidy of empty boxes everywhere and a restock of sweets wouldn't go a miss (alot of tubs were empty) however the deserts and customer services made up for it. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We ordered 2 waffles one with kinder chocolate and the other strawberry with white chocolate. We also ordered a chocolate sundae (malteesers, galaxy etc) a must have for chocolate lovers! Although we went into the shop to order it seems to be a popular delivery service.

Ordered a mystery box on the 9th of June. It’s supposed to arrive within 1-3 days. I’m still waiting for it on the 15th. I’ve emailed them and was told by Louis it would be chased up. I’ve heard nothing since despite sending a further 2 emails. I order these mystery boxes quite often. There has been delays before but never as long as this. Seeing as it was a gift for Father’s Day, I’d prefer a refund of the price of the mystery box plus the delivery.

I ordered the £20 mystery box it took 3 weeks to come but on the website it says 1 to 2 days delivery they don't answer emails when the mystery box did eventually arrive it was a big disappointment not many things in the box so I went on land of munchies website to get tge prices of each individual items i got in my mystery box surprise surprise the contents of the £20 mystery box only added up to £15 .40 i will not be ordering from this company again

I used to think the company was great untill now I put an order in 3 weeks ago iv emailed them about 8/9 I found a number on line for then and was told that they are on a night shift they will fund my order witch I will add iv paid £150 and not received a thing after paying extra for faster delivery completely unacceptable and now I'm 150 down

Used to buy from the shop but they closed our local one. Ordered for the first time online for my sons birthday and the parcel went missing through Evri. After contacting LOM on insta they quickly dealt with the problem and even drove to me to deliver the box themselves. Really appreciate the great customer service, as most companies do not care and Landofmunchies do!

I ordered some Christmas stocking fillers on the 28th November. One of the items was missing from the order and the Rainbow Belts arrived in a solid clump which had to be binned. It took three emails to get a response (five weeks after my intial email) which advised it would be looked into. I've emailed another three times since and yet to receive any response or my money back. It is now 10 weeks since my order.

The customer service I just experienced is hands down the best I have ever had the pleasure of coming across, DPD messed up my delivery address and luckily i live close to one of there stores so I popped in, within 15 minutes of my arrival they had one of there colleagues go to the warehouse and hand deliver my order !! That is outstanding, they are super polite and friendly and you can tell they don’t just see
You as a pound sign !!! Also cheapest in the are or even cheapest Iv come across and the selection is unreal!!!

Bought a mystery box and a clearance box. Both worth it!! Of course you could buy a larger quantity of sweets for the same price elsewhere, but you don’t get the experience of trying a sweet or drink that you might not ever get the chance to have elsewhere. LOVED the brownie m&ms and the strawberry fanta. Cheers!! Will buy again.

Amazing Customer Service!
Unfortunately during transit, one of my items became deflated causing the contents to become stale. Upon emailing LoM they sent out a replacement straight away, with a little freebie too!
The items on their website are fabulous; exactly what is needed when craving those US treats during lockdown!

Very quick delivery and very well packaged.
Good prices for imported food and only place I could find more than 1 item in stock that I wanted. Only item they didn't have was hersheys choc and walnut I had plenty of that when I was in the states.

Ordered a few things from here and they were dispatched and delivered really quick with a tracking number. Great price, great product, will definitely use again.

I've ordered a few times now and I've never been disappointed. I ordered on the 18th (still lockdown issues in my country) and they still managed to deliver them just two days later, the cheapest American food site you'll find, comes in a massive box with packing peanuts so you're things will never get damaged!

Would definitely recommend.
I first used LOM at Christmas and the service and delivery was excellent! Good selection of sweets, although it would be even better if the ‘sold out’ items could be filtered out, it’s disappointing to choose something and then realise there’s none left.

Ordered for the 1st time and have to say customer service is very good. My order arrived in excellent condition and was updated the whole way through out the process. Most definitely highly recommended and will be ordering again 110%.

Ordered on Tuesday nite at 11 and my crunchie cheetos arrived first thing Friday morning.
Customer care team very helpful and showed me tracking order with dpd.
