Lampmasters Arvostelua

Very helpful and quick response from the customer care. Good quality. Thank you Karolina

I had a fantastic experience from purchase to customer service. I ordered a floor lamp from the UK, and it arrived within the estimated time. Unfortunately, it had a manufacturing defect, but the customer service team sorted it out immediately. Highly recommended!

Wonderful selection and best prices online as well as super communication and very fast delivery. Highly recommended!!

A very efficient purchase and delivery. Also, the packaging of the lamp was first class and protected.

Excellent service and the quality is top notch

Love this minimalist style lighting. Arrived well packed and is now on my garden giving just the right amount of light for the patio

Guessing what the question is, as not in English. Very very happy with my experience of shopping with you and so happy with my lamp. It is beautiful and excellent quality. Arrived in perfect condition. Thank you

Lovely outside wall lights. Good price and bulbs included. Great communication. Recommended.

I ordered from UK and was amazed how quickly I received them The service was excellent.
The product was exactly how described and of very good quality. The pendant lights look perfect in my new bathroom.
Can't praise enough!!!

Amazing service and assistance from start to finish. Couldn't be more helpful, with timely replies. Highly recommend this company

The cabinet arrived safely as it was glass. and I was kept up to updated with delivery details a long the way.

So, I had an issue with the first floor lamp delivered. This was quickly resolved and I got a new one without having to replace the old one that was defective. The shipping times were swift enough.

My order arrived was well packed and arrived in good time.

Lampmasters were extremely helpful identifying and sourcing a spare part for a lamp not even purchased from them.

Fast dispatch, the Edison order status tracker thingy is super informative, and the order arrived in one piece. Bit confusing tracking it across three different parcel delivery services though.

My order arrived broken and it was so hard to get a replacement. I was even asked to pay for the shipping to receive a new item.

Straightforward to deal with detailed descriptions of the products accurate and delivery as promised thank you .

Meget hurtig forsendelse og fint pakket. De to lamper lever helt op til forventningerne.

Ordered a Nordlux table lamp. Arrived within a week of ordering. The plus in ordering from Lampmasters over other sites that also stocked this lamp is that there was a bulb included for the same price or cheaper. There are minor imperfections on the lamp but pretty sure that's from during manufacturing. You don't know it comes standard with a European plug until after you order but they do send an adaptor (other sites also don't mention the plug). Works fine so far

Was not aware that the light was coming from Europe. parcel has not yet arrived so very difficult to give any feedback other than that the on-line tracking system seems to be regularly updated.
Best not to ask for the survey to be completed until a few days after the customer has received the order.
