Ordering process very easy and lamps delivered in a timely manner. For the price point very good value, there are however a couple of small issues! There are two fixing points per pane of glass but only one screw and fixing per pane. Finally one of the lamps had a chip in the body.

Hi,
I ordered a floor lamp. Completed the transaction online and then waited for delivery only to be informed at least a week later that the product was not in stock. My bank account was reimbursed a number of days later.
