Terrible quality
The light I bought arrived on time. But the light itself is terrible, the bulb holders fall out of the fixture constantly, the bulbs I purchased from lampandlights.ie buzz like mad, honestly I'm half considering getting rid of it entirely for something that's not a scam of a product.

The prices drew me in
The prices drew me in. Very reasonably priced, and sales are great. Very quick delivery. The outdoor lights are not metal - they are plastic. I don't mind as metal will sooner wear than plastic. The light fixtures are real glass. Overall very happy

Fast delivery, wrong plug
Fast delivery. Unfortunately the lamp was fitted with the wrong (European) plug and only works with a EU to UK adapter. I placed my order through their Irish website, and that was not mentioned.
I already contacted the Customer Service Team by email a week ago, but did not get any response.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that your order arrived with a European power plug. Our standard policy is to supply all orders for customers in Ireland and the UK with the appropriate adapter for their region.
Unfortunately, it appears that this adapter was not included with your order. We kindly invite you to contact our customer service team, and we will review whether we can reimburse the cost of purchasing a suitable adapter for your lamp.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.
Kind regards,
The Lampandlight Team
Nice lampshade, quick delivery
Lamp came very quickly. Looked good. I like it. The plug is a European plug, though, so I have to use an adapter. Also one of the bulbs was supposed to come with a dimmer control - at least I thought so - and that wasn't included.
