Very happy with the sofa. Unfortunately, despite putting information in the delivery note about the flat being up two flights of stairs and would need a two person delivery, imagine how I felt when only the driver turned up on his own!
Without the help of my neighbour, the sofa would never got through my door!
I asked the courier why he was alone and he showed me the invoice with no information about needing a two person delivery. Very unfair on him, so there needs to be more effective communication between the company and their couriers.

I was initially sceptical about the short lead time, but given the Great customer service and communication I felt confident. I was immediately delighted the bed arrived even quicker and assembled by their Team in under 30 minutes. The quality is great and couldn’t be happier. Certainly no need to spend £1k+ over these beds!!

Fantastic quality ottoman frame bed that looks amazing. Our whole experience from visiting the showroom, choosing a bed design, its ordering, delivery and assembly was extremely positive. The ability to design the bed to suit our needs was brilliant and the quick turnaround was great. We’re delighted with our new bed and would highly recommend this company. Ordered a new bed, from my first enquiry to delivery everything was brilliant. Sent samples out for me which arrived so quick. Massive help on advice on the bed. Delivery was quick and the delivery driver was brilliant with keeping me updated on times. Bed itself is brilliant, fabric is great quality and storage underneath great.
