We were very happy with the sales team at Lamb & Co. Tony and Charlie in particular were both very helpful and made the whole process a lot easier. Two points: 1) It would be great if they could start a phone call with "Everything is going fine, just wanted to....." as this would have prevented me having a panic each time they called, worrying something had happened! 2) The Conveyancing team made us feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we called to ask how our sale was progressing. It would have been nice if they kept us more in the loop.

She was so so supportive, kind and thoughtful throughout and went over and above to help us get everything resolved quickly enabling us to achieve an early exchange. Thank you so much.
