I wanted to replace a much loved bag. Initially I was sent the wrong bag , which isn’t great , but the response when I messaged about it was extremely prompt and very helpful. The correct bag was sent immediately and arrangements for returning the incorrect bag were very easy.

The handbag is really well made and very attractive as well as functional. Unfortunately it was advertised as white whereas in fact it is off-white so does not match my white clothes and shoes. I will sadly have to return it.
