J'ai commandé une bague de fiançaille sur le site lajerrio.
Il se trouve que la bague était trop petite.
Je me suis dis que c'était un mauvais revers mais que j'allais la retourner pour agrandissement car la bague me plaisait énormément.
Je lis donc les conditions de retour :

Articles personnalisés (Y compris la taille personnalisée, gravé, couleur personnalisée. Par exemple. Les clients ont choisi la mauvaise taille, les mauvais mots gravés et la mauvaise couleur de diamant) ne seront pas acceptés pour remboursement ou échange. (S'il vous plaît veuillez noter que les tailles personnalisées, y compris: taille≤47(FR), taille≥62(FR).)
Remarque: les articles personnalisés avec des "gravures" et des "photos", tels que des bagues, des colliers et des bracelets personnalisés, ne sont pas remboursables.

Voilà je me retrouve avec une bague de fiançaille trop petite pour ma femme avec aucune possibilité de retour.
Je déconseille ce site !!!!

I ORDERED A RING FROM HERE AND IT WAS MENT TO COME WITH IN 2-5 WORKINHG DAYS IT CAME 4HALF WEEKS AFTER AND WHEN I GOT IT THE RING WAS WAIGH TO BIG I NEW MY SIZE AND THAT WASNT MY SIZE. BUT THE SIZE I GOT WAS FOR SOME ONE WHO WAS REALLY BIG. I COULDNT EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE I HAS SENT EMAILS AFTER ALONG TIME SOMEONE EMAILED ME BACK. RING IS NOT GOOD QUALITY THE PACKAGING IS BETTER QUALITY THAN THE RING. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HAPPY WITH THE RING.

Des Voleurs surtout ne commander pas......

Dont buy from this company. You can buy better rings from Clare accessories or market for better value and quality. For about £4.99 yes that's all they are worth. So lightweight, cheap and the finish not good. Box it came in worth more than the ring itself, so perhaps spend more on quality silver and less on packaging. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. If you have to return will cost you £ 26 in postage as well.

Very poor communication. Delivery takes a lot longer than the time advertised on their website. Can’t comment on the jewellery as nothing has arrived yet - well past the delivery expected time. I wish I’d checked this site before ordering as I’d not have bothered.

Ne jamais commander sur site arnaque total ne répond pas au message ne pas payer les frais de port car il ne respecte pas les délais donc ne jamais acheté quoi que ce soit sur se site peut recommandable.
Donc ne faites jamais cette erreur.

It took a few weeks to arrive but in the end it turned up an the ring is absolutely GORGEOUS...It was worth the wait...The engraving is perfect!! An the detail of the ring is AMAZING. Highly recommend.

Surtout ne vous embêtez pas à payer 20 euros de frais de livraison pour qu' elle soit rapide , ça ne changera rien , vous n' aurez pas votre bijou à temps.....et quand vous le recevrez , wahouw , taille qui ne correspond pas et qualité plus que médiocre, je ne vais même pas oser l'offrir , une véritable honte!!!!

Honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had. I had ordered this item in good time is paying £15 for expedited so that I could get this ring and pendant before Christmas. But now when I contact them I get told they have to make it which takes up to 15 BUISNESS DAYS! Absolute SCAM of a company!

Clearly allot of fake reviews on here.
Delivery with this company is a joke. They give you options on delivery they have no chance of meeting. 4 to 8 business days has tuend into 50 days now on the tracking. Terrible service. AVOID if you have any time period to achieve.

Ordered my son a ring for Christmas I emailed to see when was estimated delivery would be and they emailed my straight away and my parcel was here the day before originally delivery date. I'm so happy with the ring and the engraving I will be using this company again

Reading the reviews my experience the same,live chat is a joke, only e-mail they replied to was my first one asking about delivery time before I ordered, think My money is gone along with her Xmas present?

Both the necklace and it changed the color, even thou it said 1 year warranty they didn't do as promised, they are fake and bad customer service, dont waste ur money there....

I was afraid of some of the reviews but took the risk and bought a ring. And I am glad I did. The ring is gorgeous and customer service is amazing. Shipping was a bit delayed I am assuming due to covid mess and Joy from the customer service helped me resolve everything quick. Highly recommend them.

I ordered a ring 3 months ago payed £98 for the ring and £12 for it to be engraved marry me but no ring l keep leaving messages but no reply

Update for my other review, I did receive the ring FINALLY, but still would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them, they were so unprofessional .. and when I asked for a refund the reply was "we're not giving you a penny back!" I was shocked .. what company would have such a reply?!!!! still my worse online shopping experience ever! .. if anyone is interested in rings, I would recommend Zulily website .. who sell rings on sale for much cheaper and better quality .. I bought from them 2 rings that were 8 dollars each after sale .. and they are MUCH BETTER than the ring I bought from Lajerrio's website (which was 121$) and higher quality .. I ordered from them 4 times and never once (yet .. thank god) did I have to contact their customer service for anything .. I hope this helps someone

Still waiting for our order 3 months on. Joy keeps sending automated responses but fails to actually answer any questions about our jewellery ordered.
Delivery company refunded money to Lajerrio to pass onto us. Lajerrio refuse to give to us. Latest update is we’ll have to pay a levy!
Absolutely disgusting.
If I could rate 0 I would. Stay well away
