LAHERA IS A SCAM! THE JELWERY QUALITY IS SO LOW! AND THEY USE YOUR CARD TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISION! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Really lovely products! The quality is great and beautiful designs! I'm normally really sceptical of these type of business but they did not disappoint!

The shipping time is kinda late but they notify me before I make an order that this thing might happen due to pandemic reason, that's totally understandable. The quality is not that great but I may say that I salute them for being transparent that it is not real Gold and that's fine, the products are still gorgeous you just have to take care of them extra special. I love the most is how sweet and approachable my PR manager is. Thanks la Hera for the opportunity!

Unexpectedly low quality products, overpriced, rather different from pictures probably due to filters and lighting, chains and its clasps break easily and don't close properly. Rusts within a day, bought 1 Solid band ring unwearable and actually unadjustable. Products have stains on them, carton-like material jewelry boxes have wrinkles on it. Bad shipping service because of repetitive receive of wrong items. Shipping Costs too expensive almost over 40 euros. Bad solution, second shipment possible but not of the ordered items & only after sending pics of the items for verification purposes. Refund possible only if you inquire it, they wouldn't suggest it themselves. It took several months until they responded. I was stupid for again not thinking it through, I gave my bank details as they asked for it for refund purposes and they refunded me not the exact same amount for the total items I didnt receive which costed me tons of euros. I then asked for an explanation and instead i received an email of Order Confirmation of their products, which order I never made myself, this shows that they used my bank details to place an order, regardless whether they ordered it free for me, That is absolutely not okay. I inquired a refund and they placed an order with non my of regard. This all just shows how unprofessional this brand is and explains the bad reviews. I dont know what to do anymore, now i'm just worried about my bank's security. :") A dreadful shopping experience. wont be shopping there again and i don't reccommend.. would give 0 stars if possible. brand is literal scam/

Pretty certain this is a scam... all these reviews are only from the last week or so with fresh accounts. Placed an order a week ago and haven’t gotten a shipping notification yet or even an order confirmation for that matter.

Wonderful customer service with amazing people. The jewelery took a week to arrive which is mainly due to covid but finally got it the day after my birthday! I love the jewelery, the only improvement I have is the ring size. It only fits one of my fingers and I have quite small hands. Other than that, I love the jewellery!
